Had to send a vanity back. Then waited for new one, which also had problems. Fixed those problems myself, vice having to go through the same too long process to get a replacement vanity. Quality of merch is poor overall.

The item I ordered showed it was in stock. I ordered it and a week later they inform me that the item was discontinued by the mfr. I checked with the mfr and the item was not discontinued.
Was told product was in stock. Almost a month later they emailed and said it’s unavailable
I placed an order, that unfortunately, was unable to be fulfilled...no fault of Modern Bath House. I give them 5 stars for their great customer service. Communication is key, and they have the gold key!
Was very impressed with the level of customer service. I had a question regarding delivery and received a reply straight away. They emailed to remind me to check over the product to make sure there was no damage. Would definitely use them again.

Well, it’s been almost 5 weeks and I still haven’t received either of my vanities, but I have been told that all 4 sinks are defective, which is great. So when I finally do get my vanities, they won’t have sinks. And I’ll have to wait at least another 3 weeks to get the sinks. And then I have to pay someone else to have the sinks installed since the company was unable to send a functioning product. So, no, I do not recommend this company. It’s been a pretty terrible experience so far. Maybe I will update the review once I actually receive the products I ordered. 👎🏻*UPDATE: I have now received both my vanities. Sinks still have not arrived. Both marble countertops were bad. One was broken all the way through, the other is cracked. There are chips on both countertops, which look like they were very poorly patched, which means this is NOT a shipping issue. These countertops were not damaged in shipping (maybe the countertop that was broken in half was damaged that way), but they saw the chips through out the countertops and actually tried to patch them. I wish I could attach pictures. The patch jobs were with some ugly gray putty (on a white countertop with gray marbling). Very obvious. And, they didn't even try to make it look good. Seriously, what a joke. I have emailed Modern Bath House about the damaged products. I will update this review again once I know more.

Do not order from these people! I have spent about 8K on their bathroom vanities, multiple bathrooms. I am doing a massive home remodel and lost a contractor so the job got way behind thus this vanity sat in a box in my living room. When we opened it the leg was cracked. What did the manufacturer say. "I reported it outside the damage policy" You think they would appreciate the business, but no. I obviously don't damage something I spent $1,600 on!?!?! Ridiculous. No empathy. They just want your money!
Modern Bath House advertised a vanity on sale. I placed the order, I then received an email from a Gerah, claiming that the vanity was out of stock and it could be 6-8 weeks before it was back in stock and they would let me know when it would be back in stock. The email also stated that if the wait time did not work with my schedule that "we would like to provide some alternatives".I then received a second email asking "How I would like to proceed with this order", I replied that the wait time would not be a problem. I then received another email stating: "Our system automatically cancels the order once it's out stock and a full refund has been issued to the original form of payment."It would take 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Once the items gets back in stock we will let you know so that you can place the order again. Let us know if you have further questions or concerns. I then asked if they would honor their original sales price (as all legitimate companies do) but received no response, I asked the same question a second time, 5 days later and have still received no response. As of today it's been 19 days since the original request. My project could be now be affected by this lack of consideration.Due to the poor customer service, (since the only way to communicate with these people is by email, which goes ignored) my only conclusion to this experience is that Modern Bath House tries to lure you in with a sales price then claim it's out of stock and try to offer you higher priced items. Or, if you were to order a vanity and did actually receive one but, there was issue with it, you may never be able to contact someone at this company. Updated January 10, 2019Seems the story has now changed, I was told the vanity was on out of stock and under production for 6-8 weeks, now you claim the vanity is discontinued. However, the same vanity Virtu Huntshire 40” with a square sink is still listed on your website and was never offered to me as an alternative.

Sink was exactly as described. The first sink was broken when it arrived and Modern Bath had a no hassle exchange policy, it was a very fast turn around.
