Ordered products 2 weeks ago costing £134. They say 3 to 5 working days for delivery im still waiting for them to be dispatched. Phone not working emailed numerous times on there main page noting. I emailed through ebay he responded back saying my order was on top of the pile and be delivered this week. Still not been dispatched heading into week 3 I emailed again no response now I have asked for a refund. I see alot of 5 stars in reviews. Yes things happen but be nice to get a replie back. Very unprofessional and sad iv come to write a bad review on this but no other choice to.

Order placed on 5th Feb and money taken from account. No information on when order will be despatched. Have emailed twice but no answer. Phone number on website is discontinued.I’m putting this 1 star review on in hope that someone might actually notice and respond

The order has not been fulfilled. The company said the goods have been dispatched. 10 days later Royal Mail has not received it. Tried to contact Modelux via the telephone number on their website. It has been disconnected. Do not buy from this company!

Very finely detailed but.....
Very finely detailed engine shed and grat looking model. However in n gauge the roof structures are very, very fragile and not for anyone without the lightest touch.Recommended but not for the novice.
