Needed a new scooter
We were looking for a scooter that was a bit more heavy-duty that the one we had - which had also stopped working.We found that mobility direct had one that we'd seen online, so we stopped in. Not only was the young lady there super helpful on our purchase, she took in our old scooter and got it fixed under our warranty - which we hadn't been able to do on our own.We don't live in southern Florida, but if you do and you need a mobility scooter, then you need Mobility Scooters Direct. No question about it.

Ordered a Golden Ally Pro Mobility…
Ordered a Golden Ally Pro Mobility Scooters Direct has great customer service. They kept updating every step of the way, from completing the ordering process to the shipping of the chair from the manufacturer. When the chair got stuck in transit, customer service representative quickly found the reason and kept me advised. After the first and second chair had to be returned due to being damaged. Finally received my chair and customer service call to follow up to see how I like my new wheelchair. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a mobility device.

Jazzy Ultralite chair
I purchased the Jazzy Ultralite chair in October, 2025. I had searched You Tube and other mobility device sites for an electric wheelchair. I have used a four wheel scooter for about 10 years. That worked well for me, but I wanted a way to be mobile with a smaller footprint and easier to transport in my cars. I selected the Jazzy chair after trying out several different chairs at local mobility stores. I found the Jazzy ultralight to meet my needs the best. I purchased it from Mobility Scooters Direct. It shipped quickly, and the set-up was easy. I practiced using it around the house for a while to get used to maneuvering it around. We have taken it on a couple of trips in our car, and it is easy for my wife to lift it in and out. We recently went on a cruise. We flew to the city where the cruise ship sailed from. It was very easy to gate check the chair and have it there from us upon landing. The chair works great in crowded airport terminals. The security check was easy, and I did not have to get out of the chair to be passed through the checkpoint. The chair has plenty of power reserve for my use. I have never run out of power even with the smaller battery (which you have to have to be able to use airplane transport). I recharge it when it gets a couple of light dots down on the charge meter. I still use my scooter at large stores like Costco, since I can put a few small things in the basket. Mobility Direct has been very helpful for me to get Information (especially their YouTube videos). Their pricing is also very good.All in all, I am very pleased with this product.

I'm not sure who likes this Mobility Scooter more, Me or my 2 Dogs!! Before getting the Golden GB120 I could only walk my dogs a block and back before my legs would turn to rubber. Now I can walk them miles if I want to and both dogs are loving the outdoor exercise. I haven't done much else on the scooter yet but plan on getting out more. Mobility Direct was easy to work with and very helpful in helping me choose my new Ride! :o)

Purchased a Golden Buzzaround GB 120…
Purchased a Golden Buzzaround GB 120 for two cruises we had booked. This scooter preformed badly on the first cruise. Shut down twice, once away from the ship and once in the dining room. Also batteries drains rapidly on more than a few times on the cruise. Upon returning I informed Mobility Direct and tried to return the scooter before embarking on our second cruise After many unreturned calls and emails I finally was contacted by their customer service who advised me that there would be a $360 restocking fee for. Returning a defective scooter. I rate the salesman a 10 and their customer service a 1 at best. Purchased new batteries for my GoGo elite Traveler for the second cruise and had 0 problems.

Mobility kart is scam. I brought tricycle for my daughter for 19,999. When I checked it it is not more than toy. it worth not more than 3-4 thousand rupees . Make in india is always comedy (sorry to say) . People never gain trust.

I have only rave reviews about this company and the people who work there! They made everything simple, efficient and awesome. We love our scooters! They were delivered in perfect condition, on the day they were promised so we could leave on our vacation the next day. The scooters were flawless. They are sturdy and dependable! We take them everywhere we need to be; ball games, shopping, and on picnics. This was one of the very best decisions we have ever made for my 91 and 87 year old parents. When I was searching for a power chair
When I was searching for a power chair, I wasn't sure about the type or features I needed. The staff at Mobility Scooters took the time to answer all my questions. Ultimately, I chose the Jazzy model, which fits my needs perfectly. A few months later, I accidentally damaged the arms, but I was able to easily order two replacement parts. I would highly recommend Mobility scooters, and check their YouTube channel very informative.

When i called to order this it was a great experience. She was so very helpful. After that it took forever. There was a problem getting the battery from the factory but once it was corrected they shipped it no problem. It works great. I use it neatly every single day. The battery doesn't last a long as I would hope but it run great and I've had no trouble.. I got the afikim c4 with a roof and windshield.. looking forward to using it this winter..

My Thoughts on Scooter Purchase
I spent many hours reviewing pros and cons of various scooters available and companies to purchase same. Mobility Scooters Direct completely fullfilled my needs in providing the most videos that helped in my decision.I decided on an Afkim C4 scooter. The price was negotiated to my satisfaction, the sales personnel were helpful,personable and knowledable.I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. The scooter has performedf well, so far no problems what so ever.I realize this sounds too good to be true but I could not be more satisfied.

The part I would like to review was ordered and PAID FOR over 30 days ago...STILL NO PART...a $45 including shipping, is apparently still on backorder...with no estimated fulfillment date available.Do you get that? A $45 plastic part that was broken when the charger cord was pulled in the wrong direction...that $45 part has rendered a $2000+ mobility cart USELESS...actually WORSE THAN USELESS...the cart cannot move except by taking off the brake, manually and then physically pushing the cart out of the way...a tricky operation for someone that needs a mobility cart to get around !!!If the plastic lever breaks often, then a bigger number of them should be on-hand for purchase...If the part rarely breaks it should be EASY TO KEEP IN STOCK !

I’ve only been using my Pride Mobility…
I’ve only been using my Pride Mobility Go Chair for a few weeks but it has been the best few weeks I’ve had in a long time. To start with, I had initially made inquiry of some electric chairs from another company along with Mobility Direct. The other company took a day to respond back to me. And lost the sale because Mobility direct contacted me immediately. The excellent representative was able to answer all my questions (I’ve never used an electric chair) and was so friendly and accommodating without being pushy. The shipping department contacted me after just to confirm my address and give me receiving instructions and a contact person. Wow. The site says the chair would be received in a few weeks but I received it a week later. I was concerned about putting it together but it was so easy with very few parts. I have severe lung issues and it’s been almost impossible for me to get around to get food, self care, etc. This chair has made that possible again. I’m so happy with this purchase so far. I have yet to see how long the battery will continue to maintain its charge or if other things, like the arm controller, will burn out fast but at this point I am impressed with the professionalism of the company and merchandise quality.
