I recently got my typhoon H repaired and working with Alex was amazing. As soon as my drone got delivered I was notified about it, and got a very detailed report about my drone, information I didnt even know existed. My drone was shipped back 7/23/25 (Sent a few weeks ago), My wife and I are very happy to see it flying again. TY!
Dreadful company - took two weeks for any response once they had the laptop and another two weeks after that to admit they could not get the part to repair it. It then took 3 weeks (and threats of reporting it stolen) before they would return it. Their repairs may be good, but their customer service is shocking!
I have issues with my surface device, it was returned and replace already by microsoft for several times, and since I'm out of warranty, Alex help me fix my Surface, he explained to me the issues, what it causes and how can i avoid them in the future. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend.
I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Alex for PC repair and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. The service was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for all of your computer repair needs.
Didn't know where to go after my phone was getting all sorts of errors but luckily I found these guys and sure enough It didn't take more than 1-2 hours to fix the problem. Recommended and will definitely use their service again.
I was skeptical but locally they’re pretty known, so i took a chance with them. They didn’t pull any tricks or hidden fees like most companies, they were nice, answered all my questions and it was FAST. I had my phone 12 max screen repaired and i had it done here for $200 less and it took only a day once the part arrived. If you live in glens falls and haven’t heard of these guys, they’re legit. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my phone.
Aside from the proof of experience and reliability of sir Alex, his attitude and hospitality towards the client is on another level. I thought it's gonna take him hours to boot my laptop again however it made look like a piece of cake while entertaining the questions I have with his expertise in this field.
I got my PC’s PSU fixed here and the issue was resolved fast without the need to replace it. Friendly staff and quick service. Will definitely come back in case I run into any issue with my PC
Thank you mobile tech specialist for fixing my amazon tablet that is not turning on. Now it works perfectly fine! 5 star would highly recommend. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The price of service is very affordable. Very smooth transaction experience and great customer service.
