After my home was destroyed by a tornado Joe’s company provided me with a new mobile home to use while it is being rebuilt. He and my insurance company worked out the details. The installation company that Joe hired was very knowledgeable and professional. The stove did not work so Joe had Lowes install a new one.
Joe is great to deal with and answers any and all questions you may have. The home the provided us after our house fire is very nice and clean!
This company provided my family what we needed following a devastating house fire. They are responsive, fair-priced, and easy to work with. We are grateful to have found them in time of need.

Professional, Care, these are the words that rise to the top of the abundance of complements I have for this Company and the exemplary staff that operate this operation. They were ready to deliver our temporary home well before the insurance company was ready to provide. Upon notice to proceed they moved quickly and efficiently and displayed knowledge and flexibility, navigating the chaotic aftermath of a natural disaster AND the beginning of the COVID-19 mess. The president was very hands on, managing almost all communication and checking in at appropriate intervals; whenever you needed something he was available. I hope I never need Mobile Emergency Housing's services again, but I do find comfort knowing who to go to if I do.
Overall great experience in our time of need. Joe was more then accommodating. This was our third mobile housing company and I wish it was our first. I would most definitely recommend Joe and Mobile Emergency Housing to anyone and everyone.

In this world of covid and craziness, i cannot express enough how appreciative I am for this gentleman's trustworthiness, honesty, and sincerity.( when i mentioned this to him, his response was " I just treat people the way I would want my family treated"). As a regional general manger myself, I have contact with hundreds of people daily, but rare that you find one with ALL of his qualities. Our family went through a horrific chain of events that included both of our houses being destroyed by storms and my husband suffering a massive stroke that required multiple surgeries and a month long stay in the hospital.Mr. James and his company came to our rescue. They brought a mobile unit, set it up and if there was ever an issue it was addressed immediately.Mr. James has become a true friend as he is as honest and forthright not to mention a truly wonderful man.His company should be held as the role model for emergency housing services for their timely, efficient service and care.
