Gentle Birth
I bought the Gentle Birth formula in 2024 when pregnant with my second baby. My first birth experience was so negative I was willing to try anything. Short review: 10/10 will absolutely buy again if I choose to have a third. Beautiful home birth, active labour less than 6hrs with zero pushing, my body did it without my help. Longer answer: lots of confounding factors. I had a great home setup, did tons of mental prep, had a great team, and it was my second baby. I believe the tincture helped, but it helped in a well planned situation. Like an athlete going on a great diet. The tincture didn’t do the training but supplemented it beautifully. I will add that I found once I started the tincture I got prodromal labour. About 4-8 hrs of regular contractions every evening and well into the night for about 2 weeks. My intuitive feeling is that this tincture helped that happen which (VERY!) gradually started the process of labour over those 2 weeks. I will say it was exhausting getting contractions for 2 weeks and losing a ton of sleep (esp at the end of pregnancy) and even more irritating have healthcare providers tell me “they’re just Braxton hicks” as if I had no clue what BH felt like in my second pregnancy… but proof was in the pudding because I had almost no pain during labour and baby came right out no problem. Had the fetal ejection reflex all throughout the 3rd stage and didn’t push once. Baby was big and healthy and crying within seconds. This year I have bought adrenal aid again, liver glow and winter immune because I trust their products. Thank you for making quality tinctures. The fact they taste so strongly and each differently proves the amount and variety of herbs they use. Love these products.

I have ordered from MMH for years
I have ordered from MMH for years. Their quality and customer service are amazing and unbeatable. I've used other products when I forgot to order ahead or needed something quickly, but they just don't measure up. I do miss some of the products and larger sizes that have gone away over the years but I appreciate the new additions as well. Thanks for all you do!

Order and delivery were very easy and…
Order and delivery were very easy and on time. Just finished 6 days of Para Rid. I followed the advice of taking Family Immune Booster the week before. I feel I have better mental clarity, focus and energy. I will do the recommended 6 days next month...am going to try metal detox and be consistent with detoxes in the future, which I believe is needed. Thank you for the products and tips on usage!
