My wife had to tale a last minute…
My wife had to take a last minute flight and I have no time to make a car rental reservation. I called Miles Car Rentals and Stefanie Ruiz helped me with the reservation. She was very kind, and so fast with it. She also help me with a credit I had from a previous reservation. I trusted on Miles Car Rentals for all my trips. Thanks.

While attempting to reverse park the car,the rear bumper fell off. Presumably, the previous owner had secretly attached it.The police can confirm that I did not cause the accident.Nevertheless, Miles Mobility wants me to be held responsible for the damage caused by others.To me, this is an attempt to respond to one fraud with another.

Hola tuve un problema al llegar a AVIS del Miami Airport (mi TC no tiene mi nombre impreso) asi q no pude terminar con la reserva. Tuve q llamar a Miles, y la Srta. Mery Ferrin muy amablemente me respondió vía WhatsApp y me ayudó a poder culminar con la reserva de AVIS, era sábado por la tarde, hora super congestionada, sin embargo Mery pudo ayudarme.Hi, I had a problem when I arrived at the Avis office at Miami Airport (my credit card doesn't have my name printed on it), so I couldn't complete my reservation. I had to call Miles, and Ms. Mery Ferrin very kindly responded via WhatsApp and helped me finalize my Avis reservation. It was Saturday afternoon, a very busy time, but Mery was still able to help me.

I have used this service many times, and every time I get the same VIP treatment. This time Laura Duran helped me out with questions regarding coverage not specified in the Hertz voucher. Her service and treatment were excellent. Miles car Rental, highly recommended!!!!

Well worth booking a rental
When arriving to receive my rental car, the car specifications were top notch, exactly what I needed and requested when I booked a vehicle. It was clean , tidy and in perfect condition. Inspection of the car was done with me to ensure the car body does not have any dents or scratches. Perfectly handed over by staff, without any delays making my working day start of perfectly

This was the 2nd reservation I made
This was the 2md reservation I made. I am trying to cancel my 1st reservation because I forgot the "jr" part of my name. When I go to cancel the reservation, I keep getting an error saying "Transaction could not be processed - change connection db failed : cannot change the connection string on an open connection"I tried calling on the phone but when I asked to talk to a human, the call just ended on me. Terrible customer service
