What fantastic jewelers. The customer service is excellent. I had dealings with Sam, Anna, and Stacie, all of whom were lovely. The packaging was of very high quality and presented exceptionally. I highly recommend this smaller high street and online company. Premium hits the mark.
Great smooth transaction for a birthday treat to self. A first for me as always nervous about buying something of value on line without first seeing it but Gareth did everything he could to make it as stress free as it could be. Great Tudor Black Bay watch at a great price and will definitely buy from these guys again.

Brilliant service from Michael Jones Jeweller. They repaired a bracelet clasp for me with care and precision. The team are always professional, friendly and clearly highly skilled gold and silversmiths. The showroom on Gold Street is lovely, and the repair pricing was very fair for the quality of work. It’s great to find a jeweller who combine craftsmanship, honesty and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Not only Charlie, but all the staff I encountered during my two visits to your Banbury branch, were absolutely wonderful. The level of service was excellent and I'm so very pleased with the results of replating my engagement ring. More importantly, however, is how much care and attention your staff demonstrated. I had previously had a terrible experience (with another jeweller) when my rings were sent off for replating. I explained to Charlie how an entirely different ring - different setting, different stone even - had been sent back as the jeweller had broken mine during the process, and how that had made me extremely reluctant to trust my rings to anyone else over the last decade. Charlie patiently explained the whole collection, replating work and delivery process Michael Jones uses, including that nothing is sent via the post or a courier, instead it is personally delivered to your jeweller at the Northampton branch by a member of staff and then personally brought back to Banbury by another member of staff. Such a relief - and so lovely for my very real concerns to be taken seriously and approached with kindness. I will certainly bring my rings back to MJJ in future!

The team are knowledgable, there is no hard sell and I think your success is based on building relationships with clients. I come back time and time again and recommend you to all my friends. It is a great formula to get repeat business. Whether it is purchasing a grail watch, a jewellery repair, or simply advice, I feel I can just pick up the phone to get the help I need. Owen is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, understands the brands and you feel like you are talking to someone who knows what they are talking about. So many other jewellers I find I know more than the young salesmen trying to get a sale, as I do my own research as watches are my passion. Owen knows what he is talking about and I appreciate being able to discuss a product in detail. You have a good team and I value the relationship I have with them.You are all nice people too, you remember what my interests are, my dogs, job etc. Your staff take an interest in clients and again it makes you feel valued and part of a family.

I bought a ring in the sale . I have never bought anything from this shop before and the ring was beautifully wrapped so impressed. I also had to amend the address details prompt reply and it was rectified. The ring was just like the image . First time buyer and you seriously impressed me .
