Big scam
Big scam, poor quality products!I bought the blow-drying brush, it broke after 2 months, the brush became dangerously hot and smelled burnt as soon as I put the highest power. Even the tips are useless and get damaged very quickly, the pins no longer brushed anything.Avoid if you don't want to waste your money stupidly!

I gave this company multiple chances
I gave this company multiple chances. First I bought the aircurl, I wasn't under the impression that it's a dupe for dyson or anything, completely different tool, I was just curious. Terrible, no curls or any type of waves. It's just pulls hair and blow hot air. Maybe if you try enough you could manage a curl or two, but an hour later it will be gone! Later I thought I could try the interchangeable blow dry brush. It's just nice! You can dry your hair quickly, give them a little shape here and there, but don't ever think you can get a blowout, even if you tried! I like it because I dry my hair every time I wash them and I can brush them at the same time. And last but not least I bought the thermal brush. Oh my god! It's just an average thermal brush. At first you manage some loose curls but after an hour are non existing!! No matter how much hair spray i use or pre style lotion, the curls will fall. The worst part? The hair are continuously stuck on the tool, at every bristle or plastic thing. You can only use it to smooth the hair on a bad hair day or something. Good thing I bought it on sale and with an extra discount because of a coupon. I wish I never knew the company at all. Guys save your money, it's not worth it. Also the company offer a 30 or 60 (I'm not sure) days guarantee for refund, but what they don't tell you is that you have to pay for the delivery, which is half of the price of the products. Stupid enough for me to give them som many chances I know, I'm just sharing the experience,bought them so you don't have to.

WARNING- DANGEROUS PRODUCTS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!
WARNING - PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS!!!!! I recently bought the new double barrel waver from Mermade. The product gets dangerously hot and overheats. However, when I emailed Mermade's customer services, they didn't seem particularly concerned, and asked me to return the item at my own expense. I have also received an electric shock from the waver this evening. Please do not buy from this company. Their products are not only dangerous, but they simply do not care either, which is rather concerning indeed. You have been warned!

Terrible esperience with Mermade Hair. I bought the interchangeable blow dry kit and it burned and pulled out half of my hair. The customer service doesn’t care at all. Please avoid for any cost! You better go for Dyson. At least it doesn’t destroy your hair. Btw the products are made in China and you can see immediately that the product is really cheap and low quality. But they sell for high prices… scammers! Shame on you!

I wish I'd have checked the Trustpilot reviews before. I purchased the mermade curlers, larger size. 'Curled' my hair at the weekend and it looked awful, had to straighten it out. Wish I'd have just stuck to a curling wand or straightners. I have fine hair but lots of it. past shoulder length, I looked like a bedraggled rat.

I relly liked the look of their pink girly products and all that it promises to be but after several bad experiences I have recieved with this company they have definitely been a great disappointment.As of recently my last attempt with them has fallen short. I have become qute sick and my health has plummeted so to minimize covid I opted with them very early on before my package was sent out for 'no signature required on delivery 'which would seem the right thing to request as not only was it not an option but should be during a health pandemic but requested to them that that I required them via response to email purchase to do that.. eventually i get a response from what seemed like a real person telling me that she had arranged with the shipping company and it was noted down on their end to not have to sign for parcel (further reducing possible spread of covid). So that all seemed to go well until the shipping company informed me that the seller (mermaid hair) requires a signature on deliver, cut the long story short after roughly 12 time consuming emails(most ignored or not responded to in a timely fashion) which still did not help and was told I was mearly just a number (and yes thank you for stating the obvious that I was obviously not a valued customer). After all the running around emailing them after all their lies.. the package eventually came (a signature WAS still required by Mermaid Hair) and I had to choose to not sign for it out of respect and choosing to not spread possible covid.So I'm still sitting without my Mermaid Hair product will I be ordering again from them to only just be messed around lied to my money taken and time wasted HELL NO! They can give me my money back and I'll take it and spend it all somewhere else (somewhere that has customer service and relly does add to making a difference or this a better safer experience for customers during this pandemic time we living in). requiring signatures even though otherwise told not to is adding to the problem and putting other people at harms way. Well they lied and said they'd do that and they didntI also definitely DO NOT recommend Mermaid Hair to my family or friends or anyone reading this.Do me a favor do not be fooled by their pretty pink products and fancy looks..they have zero customer service. You will get lied to given the run around and they will still take your money.STAY AWAY FROM MERMAID HAIR!!

I was promised Mermaid waves and…
I was promised Mermaid waves and instead I looked like Hagrid from Harry Potter.My hair is normally very easy to style and is in very good condition so it was definitely down to the product as opposed to hair type. Save your money plait your hair wet and wake up with much better results than this product could ever offer.Also big and chunky design, awful colour looks like a space age sex toy
