My agent, Spencer, was very professional and efficient. He arranged the transport and our transport was handled perfectly. This is the first time we transported our car, so I was being very cautious. Everything went smoothly. We will definitely use Mercury again.
Look up, "Rite Way Transport Group" and read some of the reviews. There seems to be an affiliation with them and Mercury - and the 1 star reviews are quite telling. In my situation I paid a premium ($500 more than other quotes) for their service and got delays, delays, delays. Pickup was delayed 9 hours, with very little communication from Mercury. The delivery date was not met (Was told it would take 1 day. It actually took 3 days!), and the driver and Mercury never sent any communication until I sent an email asking ETA on delivery day at 5pm day of delvery - per their email communication they were supposed to send updates throughout the delivery day. This did not happen. Very disappointed with service and per their own marketing pitch they claimed to be better than others for their price, sadly they didn't meet their own expectations. Was held hostage all day expecting my car to be delivered, only to be updated when I asked them "where is my car" that it would be another day of being held "hostage." This is not premium price service, avoid Mercury

I received a quote from Kent, 2 vehicles for $1862. I have been trying to speak with Kent and would NEVER call me, would write an email or text. after 3 weeks of trying to talk to someone, I finally made contact with Logan. When I spoke with him he added $1,000 to the quote. He told me that it was an estimate and they couldn't do the transport for the quoted price. The service was horrible. I had to cancel the transport with them. I would NEVER use them or refer anyone to them.
Ronnie Wrye with Mercury Transport did a great job with my auto transport. He kept me updated through the whole process. I would recommend using Ronnie at Mercury if you need a professional car transportation service.
I've shipped with Mercury transport using Matthew Cruz as my agent 3 times now. He always books my transport extremely quickly for a reasonable price and has great communication. If you've never shipped a car before though, I would highly recommend putting an AirTag on your keychain. The shippers are terrible communicators and won't be anywhere near on time but will expect you to be available at the drop of a hat (this is not Mercury's fault at all). Putting an AirTag in my car removed 99% of the stress associated with shipping my car and wondering when it was going to arrive.

This was my first time needing a car transported. I had a quote from another company and the day the car was to be picked up the bid jumped in price. I was given the number for Mercury Auto Transport and spoke to Ryan Savage. Ryan was so professional and took the time to explain to me how the business works and what I could expect. This was not something I was educated on by the competitor. Ryan made our decision easy. We signed for a transport that morning and less than 2 hours later the car was picked up. Ryan helped with the paperwork and educated us what to expect at pick up and drop off. The company definitely walked us through the whole process. Everything went perfectly and what started off as a bad experience turned into a great one due to Ryan's professionalism. Thank you Ryan!

Shipping vehicles has got to be one of the biggest pains in the a$$ we could ever willingly take on these days - EVERY carrier has negative reviews, and everyone has a horror story from some experience in their past. There were PLENTY of folks saying to avoid Mercury like the plague, but honestly my experience was generally "fine." I somewhat inadvertently managed to get myself onto a list and received truly dozens of texts, emails, and phone calls (all within minutes) from a TON of brokers, and received bids from $750 all the way to $1300. Mercury quoted me $900 but sent me a link to a website with a lot of what seemed to be good tips and things to look out for. I finally decided to go with them and filled out the order, and within minutes got a phone call from Mercury saying that they had a company lined up for $1200. I told him no, that his bid was $900 so I wanted to be at about $1,000 (even if I had a hunch that it was going to be about $1,200 after it was all said and done.) Within maybe 20 minutes he called again with an offer of $1,125, and in that offer he had lowered his own fee, so it was clear that they were trying to get it done. I accepted that offer, the vehicle was picked up 2 days later in California and just 3 days after that it arrived safe and sound in Virginia.I DO wish they had been a bit more honest with their bid, but I also realize how cutthroat this industry is, and I appreciate Mercury being willing to lower their own profits to get the job done. I'm sure I could have pushed them lower but I didn't really need to be that greedy. I'd do business with Mercury again, even if I intend on avoiding shipping a car again for as long as I possibly can!!
This is the second successful car transport my family has experienced with Mercury. Their agents are very responsive and get back to you quickly. They won't give you an unrealistic estimate of shipping costs and we've been confident that they will choose a shipper that will take care of your car. That is a huge thing in an industry that feels very sketchy to anyone who has never shipped a car. Matthew Cruz my agent for this recent shipment was quick to respond to my questions and made sure I had all the information to make the transaction with the trucker as smooth as possible. He also got me enclosed transport for my classic vehicle at a very reasonable price and it was picked up within a week from my first call. And delivered safely to my house the next day after pickup. I highly recommend Mercury and will use them again if I need to ship any of my cars.

This was the first time I've ever used a car transport service. I needed to transport my Lexus from California to Georgia. I chose Mercury because I appreciated their transparency regarding how the car transport industry works, they didn't engage in a bait and switch with a lowball offer like many other brokers do, they had consistently very high ratings across several review websites such as Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, and Yelp, and they did not engage in any hard sell pressure tactics but rather demonstrated a high level of professionalism. My point man, Kristopher Wolf, kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. My car arrived safely in the same condition that I dropped it off. The whole process went smoothly without any problems. I recommend Mercury without any reservation or hesitation, and if I need to transport my car again in the future, they will be the first and likely only broker I would call.

After receiving several quotes to transport a 2024 Acura MDX we purchased from a dealer in Texas to our home in West Virginia. I contacted Mercury Auto Transport. Their rates were very reasonable and the their 9K Google review speak for themselves. Most of the other carriers that contacted me with lower rates had horrible reviews. Opting for Mercury was a great choice. Right from the get-go, communication was great. Joe Kelly, Senior Transport Specialist (954) 998-0746 set up a phone call on a Saturday morning, let me know what to expect and how things would proceed. Joe kept me in the loop daily while connecting with a carrier. The process wrapped up just as Joe had laid out without any "surprises". There were no "hidden fees" or last minute increases. Our car was delivered in a very timely manner to the drop off point near our home. I'm not sure if I'll ever need their services again, but if I am ever having a car shipped in the future, the only call I'll make is to Mercury Auto Transport. They have certainly earned their stars with me!

I made a pretty healthy assumption of trying to put in my quote with enough time to get carriers to respond as I knew Mercury is a brokerThe laps and communication and ultimately the almost $200 difference did not prove worth itI highly recommend contacting a verified courier before you go with any brokers.
