Not recommended. Cheap price but don't buy a pack
I joined and was very happy to be able to trial a therapist. I had 2 amazing sessions, but afterwards it all went downhill... Firstly, this therapist left the platform and so my appointments got lost. Then I had to choose another one, they changed platform and asked me to rebook, and this second one never replied to my chat. They have a policy to protect themselves if this happens of course. Lastly, and the worst part is that you can only contact them via whats app and they answer whent they want. Not in a timely way, so when I tried to reschedule and my therapist didn't show up like today I'm left with nothing. Very upset I spend 100euros in a pack and now I can't be refunded nor even get a reply! :( Also, it is cheap because they exploit therapist based in Argentina...
