I have bought several products on meh.com and all have been a good experience. However, recently a product I purchased arrived and there were missing components. I reached out to Meh and Jessica responded. The issues was resolved quickly and I am more than satisfied with the outcome come. I was issued a prompt apology, reply and refund. Thank you, Jessica and Meh
Despite me not reaching out right away to request a refund for an item that was returned to sender, they responded within an hour and refunded my request hassle free.
Jessica provided me with a quick response to a problem with my order of table lamps. Once I sent a picture showing that the battery cover was defective and wouldn't close completely after the 3 batteries were inserted she promptly issue a credit.
Sean was very helpful in resolving my issue.
I had an issue with a missing piece in my order on the weekend. So I contacted Meh.com and Jessica understood my issue was outside of the box and I gave her a picture of what I got and she made it right by getting a new one set up and is sending out to me. Meh has always had great customer service!
I’ve been a Meh customer for many years, and I’ve always loved the great bargains they offer. Recently, I had my first less‑than‑perfect experience when the RC Fire Truck I purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson arrived DOA. Thankfully, I tested it before wrapping, which is when I discovered it wasn’t working.I reached out to customer support, and Jessica was incredibly helpful and responsive. After a few quick questions over email, she issued a refund directly to my credit card—even though I was past the usual 30‑day window. I really appreciated the flexibility and understanding.This was my first time returning something to Meh, and the entire process was smooth and stress‑free. Despite the hiccup with the product, the excellent customer service reminded me why I’ve stayed a loyal customer for so long.
Recieved a wine shipment from Wine Country Select but ordered from Meh. One bottle in the case of 12 was broken, but the wine was absorbed by the packing material, leaving the other 11 bottles unharmed but a bit sticky.I sent a message and several days went by. The wine soaked box and broken glass was disposed of in the meantime. Who wants that kind of thing sitting around?I sent a "Please Advise" message. Jessica, replying for Meh, asked for a photo, which #1 could not be sent as part of the original communication as the Meh website won't allow it. I sent a photo of the broken glass and packaging, which luckily I had taken at the time on a just in case basis.In less than a day, and most probably in a few minutes after supplying the requested photo, Jessica was on the ball and promptly credited me for the prorated value of a single bottle. I'm happy, even if I ended up one bottle short of a full case.Yeah, yeah, I know how that sounds, but then I deliberately phrased it that way.Thanks Jessica!

I ordered a 2 pack of outdoor timers but they failed to consistently work properly. The lights plugged into the timer would often remain on after the set time had elapsed. I contacted meh and Sean quickly offered a choice of sending a replacement or refund. I opted for the refund because I figured there was a good chance a replacement might have the same problem. The refund was processed promptly. You can't go wrong buying from meh.
My packaged was delayed and my agent Jessica looked into the issue for me and confirmed to me more specific delivery information than what the carrier has given me. They were prompt to get back to me (2 business days) and were helpful

I frequently order from meh.com and sidedeal.com to take advantage of closeout/overstock deals. Usually everything goes smoothly. In one case, it didn't. While I didn't get what I ordered due to a carrier complication, Caitlin made sure I wasn't left with nothing. Mercalyst policies allow its people to make sure you either get your item, or make sure you're not the one losing out. I appreciate that greatly and despite the occasional FedEx effup, keep coming back.
I had an item that wouldn’t charge unless connected to a power source. I reached out to customer service at meh.com, and Caitlin immediately arranged a free replacement order. The process was smooth, I received confirmation quickly, and I’ll get tracking details once it ships. I really appreciate the clear communication and fast resolution — excellent customer service experience.
