Just another online scam
I'd select zero stars if it was an option. I ordered a part and the wrong part got delivered. Megaparts blamed DHL for mixing up my order with another customer. However, they stated that as both myself and the other customer had signed for the parts, they could do nothing (even though they told me that DHL had admitted to causing the problem). They suggested I contact the other customer and we exchange the parts at our own expense. I asked for a refund but my request was completely ignored. How can anyone trust this useless, incompetent company if they do absolutely zero to resolve a problem that was not the fault of their customer? This business is no better than every other online scam. Avoid.

hi these guys are excellent would reccomend to every 1 i know i purchased a part through breaker yard Lam called me i live in aberdeen coincidentally they were picking a vehicle 30 miles away from me hence they brought the gear box with them i saved 135 in delivery costs and i have my car back on rd excellent prompt service

Keeping ageing cars on the road
I found Megaparts on line as I needed a replacement part for my ageing Citroen C6.Lam (if that's the correct spelling of his name) 'phoned me within in half hour and confirmed he had the part I was seeking at a reasonable price. Following exchange of credit card details, he must have put the item in the post straight away as it only took 5 days to deliver, even during this xmas postal mayhem.Full marks for quick response, courtesy and delivery. To keep my old car on the road I know who to contact.
