Countless embarrassing experiences getting tested in person-- finally ordered a kit off Ash which made the whole process so much more comfortable. Got my kit quickly and got my results soon after.
They sent me the wrong test at first, but they sent me the right one free of charge! A little bit annoying to deal with but they handled it well and ultimately I got what I needed
Ash is super easy to use. As a sex worker I've been ordering at-home testing kits for two years to get tested (mostly everlywell and let's get checked). Heard about Ash on reddit (believe it or not) and decided to give them a try. Was just impressed with how sex positive the experience was and how they gave me resources beyond just my results.

Its been about 10 months since I last got tested for STIs because I wanted to stay away from clinics because of COVID. I recently relocated cities and realized I should probably get tested and find an at-home option. I found Ash on tik tok and after a little more research ordered their kit. While it was a little overwhelming once the kit came, it was easy enough to get through after reading the instructions. I sent back my kit and got my results a few days later and would definitely use it again.

Me and my partner wanted to get tested as we had been together for a while but realized we both hadn’t got tested since we had become monogamous and stopped PrEP. We heard about Ash and was on their instagram one day and just decided to order two kits to get tested. The Kits arrived two days later and we tested together, collected all the swabs and urine and sent it back. Honestly we forgot about it until we both got the email to say our results we’re ready. We logged in and were very impressed with the no nonsense experience, told us our results and gave us some follow up information. Overall super easy to use.

Only ordered this test because a friend was ordering it and I was like honeslty I haven’t been tested in forever. Ordered it and got my kit two days later. Did the oral rectal and urine samples. Sent it back and then got my results two days laterI had a positive case for gonorrhea and was freaked out. Mostly because I just wasn’t even going to test. Ash really helped me through the experience. They sent me a script to use at my doctor to tell them about my positive screening for gonorrhea. I got treated. I also asked them if they had any advice of what I could tell my partners as I had tested positive and didn’t know about it cause I was asymptomatic. They sent me a few sample texts. Overall amazing experience. I ordered another for one my partners so he could get tested as well. Turned out since we only had safe sex. He was negative. Overall super positive experience (no pun intended) and seriously felt so supported when I first got the positive result.

One day, I woke up to the worst text ever from a recent partner - that they had tested positive for an STI and that I should get tested. I immediately freaked out and tried making an appointment at the health center. My friend told me her experience there was awful. They were extremely judgmental. She told me about this cool company where they will send you an at home test that was more discreet, no judgments, and so much cheaper. So happy I used Ash rather than a typical health center!

I ordered an Ash kit cause a friend and I decided to get tested together, it came like 2 days later. I honestly forgot I had ordered it and so didn’t use it for a while until I had an unprotected sexual experience and so decided to give it a try. Collected the samples which was a little bit daunting and then sent it back. Results came back 2 days later and was super easy to log in and figure it all out.
I came across their testing via searching google. I answered their hilarious questionnaire about my sexual history gave my credit card details and got my kit almost 24 hours later. The collection of the specimens were pretty self explanatory, their branding is cute. Anyway I sent it back and got an email three days later to say my results were ready. I was so nervous, but everything was ok and I ended up ordering another test for my best friend who like never gets tested.

Anywho, it came in 2 days - the test and instructions were very easy to understand and follow. The only thing was I wasn't sure how to put the samples back in the envelope they sent me considering it was a very tight fit. I emailed them and they responded almost immediately and overnighted me a bigger envelope to send back. My results came two days later and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I came across Ash on instagram and checked them out, the checkout experience was super simple, so I decided to just order a test. Got my results about a week later. I only wish they had given me more information about exposure possibility and incubation period, I feel like I should get tested again...
