I received three months supply of glp1 pills. In the package was three plastic containers completely broken and pills everywhere. I am totally getting the run a round from this company. I am willing to mail back the pills the way I received and want a refund which is the right remedy. No one is getting back to me---Buyer beware! I am beyond frustrated!

One-Star ReviewI canceled my renewal more than 30 days in advance and received confirmation that it had been processed. Despite this, my card was still charged. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered only a credit toward future services — which I have no intention of using.In addition, I saw no results from their GLP-1 program. When I reached out for support regarding the lack of effectiveness, I received no meaningful medical guidance or follow-up. The response felt dismissive and transactional rather than patient-focused.Had I read similar reviews beforehand, I would not have signed up.Proceed with caution.

Review and experience
As of the service it was addressed promptly from the inqueries to delivery. However, I am still a bit skeptical about the effect of the medication. I started with tablet medication and I haven't really felt any changes and effect regrding my weight. So I am hoping the new form of medication which is th injectable would be more effective for me.
