HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered an item and received the wrong item so I called to return it. Firstly the agent said I would only get a partial refund, which I questioned and then asked me to send a picture. I called again and they hung up on me twice. Once they got the pic they acknowledged the mistake by email and gave me an RA # and told me to leave it out front. I wanted to ask what would happen if someone took the box so I called and was hung up on. I CB 3X and tried different exts. and was hung up on 3 more X. I tried every ext. and then it started to go to voicemail. I emailed them and told them that I used to work in a call center and I know that my # comes up on their screen and I needed to talk to someone and got a call within 10 minutes. I told the lady that it was not good customer service to be hanging up on a customer and got silence. I asked my ? and got my answer but absolutely no apology for the rude service. I hate to say it but…typical NY attitude. Use a different CPAP supply!
