I've worked with other service providers before, but this publishing experience felt more structured and transparent. The proofreading was detailed, and the formatting looked clean and professional. If you have written your book, all I can say is congratulations. As an author, I can relate to the amount of time you put into your work. I won’t get in the way of your happiness by saying my experience wasn’t good with this company’s work. My advice is to do your research first. I wish I had had that opportunity to see what was at my disposal before having this company do my editing. There are plenty of options at your disposal; take your time before signing any contracts and read other people's comments about their experiences with this company. Before making any decisions, conduct thorough research into the company, as it is essential to do so before signing any contract. I’m a reasonable person; anything I say or have written in the past is the truth. May you have the best of luck with your upcoming book. Whoever you select for your editing, I hope that your work will bring you much success in the future.

This is an obvious scam
This is an obvious scam. They took "Mczellbookwriting" and just put an S at the end making it "McZellbookwritings." Even have a new website to reflect this. Both websites look identical. The facebook page that got me to their website to begin with in the transparency section says all 5 admins are from Pakistan. Not Illinois where they claim to be. The Address in Illinois they give for their company is bunk. Google maps shows no such company in the area. Not on the map or any directory. Neither is a company with that name registered in the state. All the positive reviews look like they are from fake accounts. Then for the cherry on top they like to communicate via a whatsapp number.
