Required a lot of memory for an 80+ year old...
Course was informative and required a lot of memory. Brought up a lot of information I had not considered in the subjects I selected. My background is in mechanical, electrical and contract administration and it has been almost 60 yrs since college. I have little experience in the Excavation and Trenching course. A little tough for my memory.

The material was good but the instructions of where to send the test results differed from the year before causing me a delay as the new destination was not posted on the booklet. My emails were ignored or not answered.

Disappointing Aspects
Course booklets are difficult to read because the font size for the text is too small. Larger font size of 12 or 14 point should be made available. Also, my last experience with the course in March, 2024 was disappointing because course instructors did not respond to my notifications of errors and/or discrepancies.

Generally a well prepared course
The course study booklet is generally well worth it. Having a study guide is good for the testing and also nice to have for review at a later time. There were a couple of the courses that were just a bit confusing and the test in the booklet didn’t match the online test but other than that, it is a well presented course.
