I had a horrible experience when I wanted to purchase a gift for my wife from this shop. The ordered items never arrived and nobody answered my emails either. I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

Nail polish will never arrive
I placed order for 2 OPI nail polishes. A week later they sent me a usps tracking number. I spent a week tracking and it never left seller's location. I emailed them and then all of a sudden it is sent out. Then tracking shows it was delivered several days later, meanwhile it never arrived in my mailbox. So where is it??? They are running a scam. I am now out $16 and will never order from them again. When you email them, they play dumb to delay everything even more. Do not order from this place. Website is shady, no phone number, address, social media. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. -CZ from NY

I ordered $150 worth of polishes, waited and waited and waited, and after many requests still have not received my products (it has been over 7 months!) nor my money back.
Now they aren't even responding to my emails anymore, clearly I have been scammed, and they are just sitting there laughing at my stupidity and spending my hard-earned money!!
Please trust your instinct, DO NOT BUY anything from this website, unless you like being ripped off!!

Got the package 3 months later...
I finally got my package from them - after trying to communicate with them, receiving standart answers and eventually reporting fraud to my credit card company. It took 3 months from the order date. But on the package the shipping date was only from 10 days ago. I don't know what is wrong with this company. May be they send packages only after they see that the payment has been terminated by the credit card company. I feel lucky to receive it as i read that many others never received their orders from them. No way i will be dealing with them again and i think you better stay away from this company if you want your money and nerves safe.

Worst company i have ever dealt with!
Sadly i can't choose zero stars as this is without doubt the worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered $300 of polishes in January 2014 and as at 1 October, i have received nothing. They don't answer messages but randomly tell me that i am to wait 6 weeks for my order - when i do they then tell me they have reshipped it - i don't believe for a second they have ever shipped anything, no company can afford to ship $300 of product 5 times.

MBeautylounge aka my worst online shopping experience ever.
I apologize in advance, this will take a while, but I have a lot of very bad things to say about this company.
So here is my story: I was desperately looking for ZOYA nail polishes which are hard to come by in Europe. On some nail artist website (I can’t remember which nail artist), I saw that she recommended MBeautylounge and that they sold ZOYA polishes (and quite cheap). The website seemed legit, it said that they accepted PayPal transactions so on 16 March 2014, over five months ago, I placed an order of 97$ (around 70€) worth of nail polishes.
Right after the transaction though, I realised that I had not been paying with PayPal, that this option was not actually available (I was tired that day, never buy stuff when you are tired :D). I started to question the legitimacy of the website and searched for reviews. And then, I flipped. All the reviews were absolutely terrible. I sent a message to the helpdesk of MBeautylounge to cancel the order right away (also on 16 March), then I contacted my bank to cancel the transaction but they said they could not do such a thing.
I was getting desperate, but on 25 March 2014 I received the following message from the helpdesk: “Thank you for contacting Mbeauty Lounge. I have messaged my supervisor, once your order is canceled it takes 7-14 business days for payment to reflect on your card mam” (yes, they did call me “mam” and misspelled “cancelled”). However unprofessionally written, I thought that they would stick to their word and so I waited for two weeks. But still nothing. Worse, my order was suddenly marked as shipped even though I had not received any shipping notification!
And it only got worse. I wrote to them again asking for my refund (or at least for a confirmation that the products had indeed been shipped, which I don’t believe they were) but did not receive any satisfactory answer. I tried being nice, being angry, I tried launching a complaint on the Better Business Bureau, I tried begging them for an answer and nothing worked. It seems like they really believe I must be quite stupid since on 25 June they sent me the following message: “ Thank you for contacting Mbeauty Lounge. sorry for the delay, I will notify the shipping dept of this issue. IF your order was lost we will get another right out to you” to which I replied the following: “Hi, Thank you but this is not what I am asking for. I asked for the cancellation of my order on the very same day that I placed it and on 25 March (3 months ago!) you said that you would cancel my order and that the payment would take 7-14 business day to reflect on my card. What I am asking is that you honour what you said and refund me.” They of course did not answer and closed the topic. But on 27 August when I tried to contact them again, they sent me the very same message. Word for word.
So here you have it. This company is a scam, they don’t accept PayPal even though their website says so, they are not authorised retailer for ZOYA and OPI does not authorise them to use their name either. They don’t have a phone number or address anywhere (lesson learned: if you can’t find any phone number or address on a company’s website: don’t buy from them, they are not legit!). They have about a hundred complaints registered on the Better Business Bureau. I lost my money as I don’t think I will ever get a refund nor my nail polishes, but if I can save you from going through the same trouble, I guess this story will have at least one positive outcome.

Risky choice to use these guys. They keep saying the order is sent and that they even sent it again, but never ever arrived, over 4 months later. Their contact system is very dodgey and difficult to use. Recommendation - AVOID.

I bought an OPI lipstick. It arrived melted, and it couldn't have happened here, because it was too cool.
The package came from Arizona or Nevada.
The lipstick was inside my mailbox inside a building, and the package could only fit vertically. The lipstick had obviously melted while horizontal, and had cooled by the time I I took it out of the mailbox.
They didn't offer a refund-offered to replace, but never did. Ignored me.

Good Start... Bad second time
The first shipment via MBeautylounge.com went perfectly. No problems at all, even within two weeks delivered to the Netherlands.
With such a positive vibe, I decided to order with a few more people to share the expensive shipping costs, but unfortunately, this package took forever...and ever.. and ever... Emailed them every single day, tried to look for a phone number, nothing at-all. Got totally no response on any of my emails. Discussed with VISA to refund the amount, and apparantely this worked, as we got the package within 2 weeks since then. Do not ask how the package looked like.. eitherway, we will never ever order with them anymore.
