Lauren and Maniac rule. I've been leaning on Lauren to be the voice of the brands that I work with for years. She understands how to get in the mind of a customer and then speak to their specific needs and concerns. The brand voice is always better than I could have done and the results speak for themselves - higher click through, more time on page, and higher conversion rate. Plus, she's incredible to work with - super thoughtful and generally pleasant. I'd give more stars if I could.

Beyond that communication their execution has always been on point. Never missing a deadline or going over budget. If they say they’re going to do something they do it. And the solution always looks so polished. To the point that sometimes people think our small business is actually a large fancy corporation due to how polished our site and user experience is. These guys were excellent from start to finish.
