What I looked for and what I received
As a first time book author, I labored through eight years of compiling, writing, and editing my life story. At the end, I searched for a publisher who would be sensitive to what I had done and tailor their services and charges to what I needed and not to what they needed.The company I chose listened to me and provided excellent services for things I could not do: the formatting; creating a clear, concise synopsis; inserting my pictures with my captions; and designing a beautiful hard cover that enhanced my image!The areas of improvement include overall timing and communicating. The process took longer than expected considering all the holidays. The communication by phone, text, and email was helpful but not always at regular intervals. The results were amazing with team members who were truly professional and trustworthy. They even followed up on the printing and delivering by another vender! My family members are still rejoicing as they turn the pages!
