Customer Service Beyond 5-Stars
The hot market item is their mystery boxes. I won a $140 gift card and they called me personally to assure I got it, understood how to use it, and was completely enthralled with everything. The makeup brushes are AMAZING. I don't wear false eyelashes but others say they're just as amazing. Lighted mirrors are wonderful. They sell palettes that are unique and you can't find elsewhere. The glosses are great. I did not like the lipstick because it stays all day, it took facial cleaning oil to remove it. The highlighter, which I'm really lost with but tried, stayed exactly where I put it.. Does highlighter do that?? Give them a try, check out the mystery boxes... Reviews are all great on those!! They provided the BEST customer service I've ever received.
