Great Service
The gentlemen from Lugg showed up on time with plenty of notice of their arrival. They were very professional and got the big desk I needed moved upstairs quickly. I was able to track and pay for everything all in the app. Great experience, and the price was quite reasonable.

Easy to make the arrangements-including…
Easy to make the arrangements-including rescheduling. The drivers were prompt and I could track their progress which was helpful in planning my time. They were professional, accommodating and careful with my furniture. They also wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Highly recommend.

Saved me $600!
I found the dining room table I wanted on Facebook marketplace for super cheap, but had no way to pick it up and bring it to my house. Trevor and Jonathan were friendly and careful! After paying the Lugg fee and giving them a good tip, it was still $600 cheaper than buying the table new. Thanks guys!

My Lugg mover was perfectly on time and prompt, great at communicating, so friendly and helpful. He was fast with moving my bed and careful. I would use him again!
