Taylor has been amazing. I feel like we are fulfilling what was on our wish list with LogicManager. She has been responsive to our new ideas even when they come fast and furious. Whenever my team has been stuck, she provides solutions. When we come up with new ideas, she makes great suggestions. Thank you Taylor.
LogicManager is a built with flexibility in mind which allows clients to adapt the application to their needs and processes while keeping a good standard. Its also very user friendly, very powerful tool and the team of analysts supporting the clients are very professional and dedicated. Looking forward to expand the use of LogicManager.

Logic Manager has the ability to be molded to the needs of its users. We have requested changes and workflow methods. Our Service rep is a hands on kind of guy. Quick to response and always finds a solution. Great product that offers a wide range of tools.

It's been a pleasure to work with Taylor and Sheila from Logic Manager. Taylor is my primary contact person and she is very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. She has gone over and beyond to incorporate functionality per my requested requirements. Both Taylor and Sheila are very knowlegeable about the functionality of Logic Manager. This knowlege enables them to provide excellent customer support and service. I'm very excited about the progress that has been made to incorporate requested functionality into Logic Manager within the last 6 months and look forward to working with Logic Manager to continue to mature and automate our Risk Management program.
The product is excellent, the customer service is unmatched, and they really listen and react to customer feedback. They are truly one of the best vendors I have ever worked with.

Logic manager is a comprehensive ERM tool. But no matter if you only need certain features, or the full comprehensive suite of capabilities, both the application and their service SME’s have been excellent. Years ago, we demo’ed at least four applications, with wide ranges in price and functionality and we chose LM. We have been pleased and believe we made the right decision.
LogicManager is a top tier integrated solution that adds a ton of value to ERM. They provide a lot of flexibility with automating existing workflows/processes and their dedicated Advisory Analyst are always there to help. Their Advisory Analysts also do a fantastic job with guiding you through implementation and suggesting ways to improve your overall program. Definitely recommend!

LogicManager has been great to work with! From our very first demo, to implementing several solutions, the support from our analysts has been great. We have been able to use the automation in LogicManager to greatly enhance our monitoring, tracking, and reporting of risks. Our bank has future plans to fully integrate several other solutions LogicManager has to offer. The roll out of the new "Horizon" interface has been a great enhancement. Looking forward to seeing additional features added throughout the coming months. I would highly recommend any organization looking for a GRC solution to use LogicManager. The customer support and dedicated advisory analysts have been one of the best things about working with LogicManager!
Especially with the new Horizon interface, the software is intuitive with a clean easy to follow interface. The structure is logical but flexible and allows us to scale our ERM.
Exceptional analyst-supported model and versatile ERM/GRC platform make LogicManager an ideal system for companies large and small. There are systems out there that can perform similar functions, but you will find their support model and the speedy response unparalleled in the industry. The cost model is also simple and you won't get nickel and dime for each feature like some other vendors. We are very happy to be partnering with LogicManager.

We implemented LogicManager one year ago to manage all our IT Compliance related activities more efficiently. For this we decided on a step-by-step approach to include one area after the other, starting with the internal and external frameworks we need to comply to. Additionally then including more workflow/assignment based activities.One year later we already achieved a lot, but still have areas to include. For this a great support team is available, usually providing feedback or creating structures in the solution within several days. LogicManagers approach is to enable the customer to set up a lot of activities and include content oneself, and being always available to support in case of challenges.Same for the reporting.Pros:+ Great support+ Easy start+ standardized Risk Management solution having a lot of use cases ready+ Easy workflow functionality+ No big effort at the beginning but continuous effort over time due to step-by-step content roll-outCons:- Due to standardization limitation to changes, thus standard Compliance task (eg SOX) need to follow the well developed functions available (processes follow tool)- As there is usually a multi step approach for including content from the start, one needs to keep track with implementing and not stop in the middle of activities due to longer time-frame (no big bang with a time consuming project at start)- As an US based company not yet having data center in EU region which limits the scope of functions to be implemented for an European company
For someone like myself who has not heard or used LogicManager, I can say the system is easy to learn and to use. In addition, the support provided by the team is second to none - thank you for your patience in helping the organisation and I along our risk management journey
We are in the process of implementing LogicManager and we are already feeling the rewards of having our risk processes optimized with workflows and enhanced reporting.
