Troubleshooting the Hub
First, I have to say how wonderful and supportive and patient Lockly agents have been throughout the installation and learning process. After a confusing and frustrating glitch with the hub yesterday, Faye was available at 7 am this morning and immediately assisted me and helped me troubleshoot in an efficient timeframe. I'm so relieved and happy to say that Faye solved the issue and my system is running again. The Lockly system is very important to me and I am greatful. Thank you!!

Rusel is an amazing tech!
They are awesome! I was having problems with the lock connecting to my phone and one of their team members patiently walked me through the whole process is resetting it to get it working again. Her name is Rusel, she’s so awesome and deserves a raise or some type of bonus or gift for helping so patiently and thoroughly!

When I received the first call I was away from my home so the wonderful young lady said she would call back in about 20 min She gave me a few extra but like the first call I still had not made it home So again she gave me a 3rd & final call She was ready & got all my issues I was having put to rest quickly everything is safe behind a smooth working Lockly front door lock operated from my phoneThank You Sandra your a gem.

Was having a frustrating time with this lock after swapping it to a left-handed door. All it took was one button push to fix the problem The lady I talked to was very calm and informative. Really appreciate her help!

I had an issue with connectivity and the Lockly Support Team ran me thru several updates and did not give up until we were both satisfied. I appreciated the communication thru email so I could track their efforts.Ultimately things turned out great and I am enjoying my new Lockly Secure Pro Deadbolt with Fingerprint Reader!!! I wanted easy unlocking and this was just the device I needed.

I had a warranty issue
I purchased a Lockly Elite lock a couple of years ago. I recently had an issue and reached out to them. They reviewed the issue, and instead of sending a part, they sent a new lock under warranty. They could not have been more helpful. A special shout out to Mark. Love the lock and the features not available elswhere.
