Jordan is the GOAT
I have recently contracted jordan to sell my home. He was just as expected. Amazing as always. This time I was the seller. He managed to get me asking price in less than a month. On top of that, he helped me by providing not only a trailer for me to de clutter my house. But he also was willing to help me out in the actual process by providing muscle and personal time. Jordan Smith is a real estate magician. His proactive attitude and real estate savvy make him someone you want as your guide while house hunting. I found Jordan by googling best agent in Utah. When I spoke to Jordan I was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the market in Ogden. We listed my mom’s house with him and the results were amazing! We had multiple offers on the first day. Jordan helped my brother and I navigate through the entire process. He has been the best real estate broker I have ever worked with and I would recommend him to anybody who wants results.

Jordan was awesome to work with!! I was a first time home buyer and single head of household, purchasing from out of state and it was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done surprisingly. He was super available for showings that we even were able to do same day, quick to respond, and a savvy negotiator throughout the home buying process. He was so efficient that we were able to go from the open house to close in less than three weeks. Jordan is very kind, diligent, and knowledgeable and absolutely would work with him again! He cares and wants to make sure you find your dream house, so would recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

Is there a way to give six stars? To say Jordan and his team have been good to work with would be a gross understatement. Not only have they showered us with gifts throughout the process, but he’s gone above and beyond in negotiating with sellers on our behalf. He has been patient and willing to go the extra mile. He’s been our best advocate and knows when to push back and when to concede. He does a lot of business and has a good sense of the market which has helped us find the best place for us and not pay to much. I couldn’t be more happy.

During this difficult time for both sellers and buyers, Jordan was able to secure an offer after 16 days of the condo being listed. Admired his energy, quick response to any inquiries and his upbeat spirit/enthusiasm during this process. Jordan set up an open house two days after the listing was posted. Will highly recommend Jordan to be your agent, whether as a seller or buyer. He will conscientiously put a 100% commitment for your success.

First-Time Homebuyers
We met with Jordan and his team in October to discuss how to build my credit from scratch to ease the process later. As first and second-year teachers, we thought it wasn’t going to be possible to buy a home for 2/3 more years. But with their help and guidance, we were able to purchase a brand new townhome in June. It was a great experience and are so happy in our new home.
