I love working at Local Office! Great vibe, great people, great staff. Lots of natural light, comfy chairs/sofas, coffee & snack bar. Everything you need to work effectively is here. Much better than working from home! I highly recommend this place. I look forward to coming in every morning.

Bright atmosphere, respectful and friendly community, daytime events often enough to make going to the office fun.
This location is perfect for my office and clients! Space is always clean, people are very friendly, work environment is very positive. Registration process and payment procedure was simple to complete. I love the office being pet friendly since it is a treat to have a furry friend walking around during working hours.

Our organization has thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Local Office. We struggled with other coworking groups (WEWORK) and really needed a solid space with great amenities. That's what we got at Local Office. The location is perfect, right in the heart of upper kirby and rice village, no shortage of lunch options or shopping. The space is well laid out and the amenities are top notch. Parking is free, covered parking is available, snacks/drinks/beer included, and there's a coffee shop downstairs. All of the tangibles are great but what makes this space the best is the community that fills it. The curator, Paige, has done a tremendous job getting everyone together for fun events that give you a needed break from the "grind". If you're looking at any other coworking spaces, DON'T. This is everything you'll need.
Great location with highly functional facilities. It's always accessible, internet and other infrastructure works smoothly. It's easy to book conference rooms. Staff is awesome - friendly and responsive. It's great to have a notary in the office. Snacks are a great perk. The only thing I would change is that there is atmospheric music in the common areas. This is slightly audible in the offices. Personally, I prefer to work without music. It can be a bit distracting.
TL;DR:Super fast internet + modern/stylish space + good management + free snacks = one happy camper!I've worked out of many coworking spaces over the past 4 years and local office is a great one. Free, onsite parking is a major plus. Also, there's a great coffee shop in the basement. Periodically they have fun events and lunches. Met some really cool people through the community, too. Definitely recommend checking out Local Office!
