I am very satisfied with my whole experience. Ramp is well designed, well fabricated, and nice looking. The service was great from the moment of placing the order through the completion of installation.
Rich and Tom from Living Free Home were kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. There were a couple of instances where more communication would have been helpful, but I think these sorts of issues come up in any contracting work. Overall, they did a great job of installing a wheelchair lift system at my home.
