Friendly and helpful.
Never shopped with these guys until a few years back. Overall impressed, nice guys and easy to order from. Only mail order from overseas experience with software, never purchased hardware from them. Happy to deal with them again.

Really rude and awful service.
I tried to get the price of some items from this online seller as I was starting a new studio and was not able to unless I was willing to give an email address which I did not want to. If I was going to purchase something I can understand. I contacted the owner and explained my frustration. He informed me that unless I was willing to give an email address he didn't really need my business. It is now a year later and I have spent over 200,000.00 through <External links removed> on my new studio and none of it came from Littlefishaudio. <External links removed> I'm sure are happy for the policies that the Littlefishaudio has.

These guys are the best! They have the experience and he knowledge to guide you toward the best solution for you. They are more interested in helping you than just "selling you". If it is. It the right solution for you, they don't want to sell it to you. Why? Because they actually want you to be happy! And to rope it all off, you would be hard pressed to find a better price. Step into affordable quality and forget the rest!

These guys have everything you need from pro audio hardware gear to pro audio software. This is the only company you need to deal with for all pro audio needs. i've not seen or dealt with one company on the internet that comes close to comparison to these guys! Keep it up Little Fish Audio!

These guys are what you want from a pro audio dealer. They are breath of fresh air from the normal "take a number" dealer. Josh and the crew are amazing, and are even nice enough to talk to you about any questions you may have. 10 stars!
