Mostly pretty good

I´ve been using the site for a few months to make image to video, and I am pretty happy with the results. The customer service has been pretty ok, there has been some messy stuff about credits but they have always listened to my emails, so for that I am thankful. The personal I talked to is Vivian. I use the site to animate pictures (make drawings of people move and do things) and that has worked ok, but my demands are not that high. Overall a good experience.

The quality of videos generated by Seedance 2.0 has dropped to the level from several years ago.

Even when I use LitMedia’s “Text to Video” feature to create videos with Seedance 2.0, the results clearly don’t look like they were made with Seedance 2.0 😂. I used to be able to generate high-quality videos with the same prompts, but now it’s impossible. The waiting time for Seedance 2.0 suddenly got much shorter, yet the quality of the generated videos has dropped to the level from several years ago. It feels like they’re mocking their users. When I use the “Create Video from Image” feature in Universal Reference Mode with Seedance 2.0, I was able to confirm that it’s actually using the real Seedance 2.0—at least for now.I haven’t verified whether the “Create Video from Image” feature outside of Universal Reference Mode actually uses the real Seedance 2.0.Unlike in the “Text to Video” mode, the waiting time is still extremely long. Even the “Text to Video” mode used to have very long wait times, but now it’s zero. This is probably because they’re using a different model.

Great Support and Successful Refund Resolution

I initially faced some technical issues with Seedance 2.0 (high failure rates and network errors during video generation), which made the tool difficult to use. I contacted support and requested a refund for the Lifetime Plan.Jinelle was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Despite the back-and-forth, she patiently reviewed my screenshots and troubleshooting steps, and ultimately processed the full refund as requested. The refund has been issued and should appear in my account soon.Thanks to Jinelle's assistance, the issue was resolved satisfactorily. Most of my prompts on Seedance 2.0 get…

Most of my prompts on Seedance 2.0 get rejected, even when they contain no violence or sexual content. And even when one finally goes through, it takes about six hours to generate. It’s really frustrating.

No refund after a few hours

Seedance 2.0 is unusable for me as it currently wont let any faces be uploaded for ai video. No human faces! Insisted on the refund, stating the product was unusable, but support denied the request, citing the policy and suggesting other models.Order number 2026022420215915268

The worst company EVERRRRR

I paid a one year subscription but they refuse to issue new credits every month and you have to fight with them via email so they give you the new credits. Since January they haven't issue any new credits into my account. One thing is that they changed the uncensored policy but not issuing credits you already paid for is a different animal. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A DISEASE.

I really appreciate litmedia.ai and Chloe's great service.

I am John Wang form the United States. Since AI models of litmedia.ai work very well for my video and image generations, I'd like to upgrade my "LitMedia LitVideo - Lifetime Plan Plus (2000)" to a higher-grade Lifetime Plan. I sent an email about it to the litmedia.ai support email on Feb 2nd, 2026. Just after about 20 minutes Chloe immediately replied me with detailed explanation about the benefits of the higher-grade Lifetime Plan and how to upgrade it with a payment link which covers the price difference between the two plans. Additionally, Chloe also provides me a link for joining the Discord group of Litmedia for immediate services. In following rounds of email exchanges, Chloe kindly sent me another email with more helpful explanation. I really appreciate Chloe's great help and professional, thoughtful and kind service. I wish litmedia.ai continue delivering wonderful products to customers and be rewarded with success in the years to come.

I got a year subscription when it was…

I got a year subscription when it was announced as a website able to do nsfw ai video. After november they changed their policy and didn't check until february when I was surprised with it. I asked for a refund of my pending months and they didn't comply when they clearly changed the contract on their own terms. I understand they will adhere to their 30-days refunds but in this case it was a fraud change contract in my opinion. I do not recommend any of their services.

False advertisement

False advertisement. The announce the possibility to create NSFW videos then after you sign up and buy the credits they change the filters and block even innocent generations. And then its practically impossible to unsubscribe

They advertise the service uncensored

They advertise the service uncensored, after tryng multiple AI engines they have - it's not. Constant denials even for the most innocent stuff. They have no issue charging you a lot but when it comes to deliver = constant service denials. BTW it's ALL adult content and just general nudity. And their customer service person "Vivian" swore at me in "it's" email, lol. Stay away, even their "spicy" Love Ai engine is heavily censored. Go elswhere.

It is not quite what I was looking for

It is not quite what I was looking for. Now that I have decided to cancel my subscription I have run into a stumbling block. The email they sent has a link to "Cancel Subscription" it takes me to a page 404 Oops page not found. On there site there is no link to a contact or help, that I can find and the chat button takes me to the same 404 page.
