Customer service must improve
Customer service must improve. Very difficult to get a hold of their customer service support team. It is important to make consumers feel confident when making purchases online, and lack of response makes you lose that confidence. I have placed several orders and been told that my orders would ship within the next day or two. Weeks would pass without an update and finally someone replied stating the order would ship the next day. I eventually received the order weeks later but did not appreciate the lack of transparency.
My most recent experience was an order placed in error by clicking “order” rather than the promo code, as they were offering a free shipping deal. I emailed them immediately since they hardly answer phone calls, and asked if they could kindly either cancel my order or allow me to enter the promo code. While all of my previous orders shipped many weeks later, this order was shipped the very next day and they said they could not cancel it. I have placed orders with other online stores and have had to cancel some of them. Those requests were granted without question, even though some of them had non-cancellable policies.
I enjoy collecting fine bottles and would have continued giving them my business, but I found them to be unreasonable and unprofessional. One individual even replied with rude and sarcastic comments after my request to cancel. Therefore, I would not feel confident spending my time and money with them unless their business culture changes.

My experience was a complete lack of customer service
I placed an order on Saturday, I realized Saturday night that I had the package being delivered to my home, but no one would be there. I sent 3 or 4 emails and tried calling all day on Monday and Tuesday to update my shipping information so it could be delivered to my office. I never did get any response. I ended up paying UPS to hold it at their store for pick up. I got a good deal on the product, however, I seen it said in another review that they weren't sure humans worked there. I question that as well. Not one person seen my multiple emails or was answering calls during the allotted time stated they would. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

If they are are a real business (which I dont believe they are), they have the worst humans on the planet working for them. They lie and say things will be shipped or have shipped when they have not. They do not respond, then after waiting weeks when you threaten them, they tell you that your order is canceled. Filing a fraud dispute with Amex regarding my transaction with them. Stay away, they are either a hoax or worse yet, they are just beyond terrible

They only delivered one of the two items
They only delivered one of the two bottles I ordered. I then attempted to contact them through both emails and phone. They never responded to emails and they never answered their phone. I finally found a way to contact them that worked. They have a form you can fill out on their website and someone seems to be looking at those. By the time I found that I was already beyond frustration and told them that I was going to have to challenge the charge on my credit card if they did not respond immediately. I did get a response immediately telling me that I would be refunded for the item they didn’t deliver and this came with a snarky message to the fact that they don’t need my threats. It appears to just be a very poorly run business.

If I could give no stars I would! I placed 2 orders and have not received half my shipment. I’ve left emails tried calling a number that says their customer service line is closed what a joke. No response in 3 months from emails I’ve sent. Disputing the transaction . Do not order, literally just giving your money away.

This was first time ordering from this website. I saw a lot of bad reviews but took a chance and ordered a bottle of bourbon from website. I got an email with order confirmation and next day received tracking number. I tracked it and received it as expected. Everything was packaged nicely. No complaints at all on this order.

Company is NOT legit anymore
I'm not sure what happened to these guys, they used to have great selections at great prices. Was a perfect fit for Christmas & Holiday Gifts.... however since December 8th, my xmas gift has not shipped. I've been told twice that it will. At least 10-15 follow up requests, 10-15 phone calls (all unanswered) and another 5-10 emails asking for updates, or a refund. NOTHING returned. Unfortunately these guys are now 100% a scam. DO NOT BOTHER ordering. I repeat, do NOT....

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT order from this company, absolutely terrible customer service, extremely rude. I received a partial order, including something I did not order, many times tried to get shipping label to return the incorrect item, each time was given a vague answer but never received the label, or remainder of my order. Finally had to contact my credit card company, I then received an extremely rude and unprofessional response from Liquor Stars. Credit card company ruled in my favor.
