I highly recommend Eduardo and the team at Linx Legal. They helped me cancel a membership that had become a serious financial burden for my family.The process took about 18 months, but they were always professional, transparent, and encouraged patience and trust. Thanks to their work, everything was fully canceled and my credit is now clean.If you’re going through a similar situation, it is absolutely possible to get out of it with the right team. Was mislead on what your service could do. After finding out from your reply that HGV would not work with you,you referred me to Transitions phone number. On my own I contacted Transitions (HGV) I followed through and completed the resale of the timeshare without your service.We felt that the fee was overpriced for the service that was given from you.

Linx Legal got us out of a timeshare we were repeatedly told had an airtight contract by other firms. The team at Linx had amazing communication throughout the process and kept us updated without out us having to reach out to them. Linx Legal even got us out of the maintenance fees that were past due that we were told would have to be paid. If you are trying to get out of a costly timeshare contract I highly recommend using this firm.

Best Company Ever!!
I am beyond grateful for Linx Legal for helping me get out of my Westgate timeshare. This process started back in August 2024 and by January 2026 I was officially out of my contract, completely done and no longer financially obligated. Throughout the entire process they were always communicative, transparent, and patient. Anytime I had questions or needed reassurance (because timeshares are stressful), someone was always available to talk things through with me and keep me updated. They never made me feel ignored or unsure about what was happening.If you are stuck in a timeshare and don’t know what to do, I 100% recommend Linx Legal.
