Questionable!!!

My chocolate lab had itchy skin, itchy feet, constantly scratching, smelled like Fritos! He also threw up quite often for no reason and ate lots of grass! We switched him to a different brand and he is 100% better! After 6 years of using this food we realized how bad it is!!! Not sure what breeders see in this food? My dachshund refused to eat it and now that we switched food he eats his food and wants more all the time! Before we switched he would not finish his food and seemed not interested!

Our dog has been eating Life's…

Our dog has been eating Life's Abundance Lamb and Rice for almost 3 years. Not once have we had an issue with the quality of the food. Leo is free of stomach issues and is a healthy pup. I always hear about issues with dog food, upset stomachs and recalls. Not with Life's Abundance. Highly recommend!

Consumer has to pay for return shipment

My cat didn't like the food and to return it I have to pay for shipping myself. Total waste of money

My dog thrives on this formula

My dog thrives on this formula. The dog's breeder recommended it originally. We switched to a different brand for a while, but then switched back due to her sensitive stomach. High quality product.

Customer Service

I purchased a 6.6lb bag of the Life's Abundance All Life Stages Cat Food as it was recommended to me. The bag came ripped in the mail, however the box was not damaged. Instead of sucking it up, I decided to call and ask for a replacement. I was on the phone for a total time of less than two minutes and received the shipping confirmation for a new bag. I have heard their customer support has lacked recently due to a software issue, however they surely have stepped it up since then.

Sophie Joy says Life's Abundance please!

Sophie Joy was started on Life's Abundance by her breeder and we continued until she was 2 years old. Our vet recommend another food at 2 because of her weight and we switched foods for about 6 months but promptly switched back after developing all kinds of side effects from the vet recommended food.After a short two weeks back on Life's Abundance all the issues caused by the vets food were gone. We switched to Life's Abundance diet food and now Sophie Joys weight is also under control.

They gotta fix their Customer Service platform!

Several weeks ago, they apparently made a software change that caused total chaos. Phone lines are overwhelmed. The "contact us" on the website doesn't work. They don't respond to emails.I had an "auto ship" in place that I cancelled. They shipped anyway. Twice. I'll be disputing the transaction with my charge card company, as it's impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company.Mike P.

Software change ruined a once great company

Life's Abundance has totally gone downhill. Several weeks ago, they apparently made a software change that caused total chaos. Phone lines are overwhelmed. They are not responding to phone

They are not responding to phone, email or any for of communication. Filed a complaint with BBB. Want to cancel my auto ship order and their website is now not responding. I put a hold on my credit card just to stop the bleeding. Help!

No customer service

My 9 month pup was on this food for 6 months, and I noticed that he had more digestive issues than any other brands that he tried. I found out that I was somehow enrolled into auto pay and the page that lets you cancel auto pay is currently down, and I tried to call the company but did not pick up at all. I sent an email to the corporation.Please respond to my mail!

Do yourself a favor and do not use Life…

Do yourself a favor and do not use Life Abundance, their website is always down, when you call you can never get through. It does not matter if they are the best dog food in the world, if you cant get it delivered on time, and can not reach someone, what good is it??

Awful customer service

**UPDATE**. Life’s Abundance promptly reached out to me & resolved my issue after this review. I still want to use their dog food. Great product. Unfortunately their website still needs some work in order for great customer service. Awful customer service. I cancelled my auto ship 3 months ago. They are still charging my card & sending product. Going to dispute it on my CC & cut it off at the source. Website customer service is worthless

Customer Service Issue

Just received an email confirmation for an order I didn't order.Now on terminal hold trying to get through to customer service.This is my second time around dealing with a problem like this and not being able to get a hold of anyone to get it fixed.The product is great but the service,nope. Then on Oct 22nd received an email from the CEO apologizing for all the problems. So I thought, great, no more issues.How wrong was I. The administrative team can't be this incompetent can they? Long time customer by the way. Not sure how much longer though.

Customer Service!

i see all the similar reviews concerning customer service. it is a battle to get anyone to help! theyrr website has been messed up since 9/2/2025! couldnt log into account for 6 weeks....now cant access Autoship page! What is really going on with this company! phone line to customer service is ringing BUSY all morning! i am looking for new food...but it is scary to try something new after 5 years. I dont know who to trust anymore. If they had a real problem in updating their software like they claim...how does that affect their phone service?...lack of! i would think they would beef up their customer service line to accommodate all the customer online problems!! Instead they just dont respond....dont answer the phone. if they do respond...its same response...'sorry, we understand your frustration and you deserve better'! lol! placating!...passifying! Thats all they do...no real SOLUTIONS or concessions to the customer!...just a lot of fancy words.

I’ve been a customer for 15 years and…

I’ve been a customer for 15 years and until recently was very happy with the product and customer service.I needed to cancel my subscription as our dog passed. For 2 months I have tried to reach customer service by phone and email. No one answers — ever! None of my emails have been responded to. Tried the corporate number instead of toll-free customer service number and no one answers there either! Cannot log into my account due to Life’s Abundance’s “technology upgrade”. In the past, when I called customer service I’d get a helpful human immediately. Now… appears they’ve fired all their customer service reps. I’m FURIOUS! Life’s Abundance USED to be a reputable company with good product. That’s No Longer the case! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIFE’s ABUNDANCE!!

Horrible Customer Service

I have been trying to cancel my autoship with life abundance but the customer service has been completely awful & nonexistent. The website consistently states there is a "system error" when I try to cancel (I've tried on my laptop and phone with the same error). I've called and emailed for 3 days with no response back. It is incredibly frustrating, sketchy, and I will no longer be ordering from here.

Amazing dog food

Amazing dog food, our Luna girl adores it. Every time we feed her, she pounces 2 feet into the air with excitement for it!Once we started giving her this kibble, she never has any rashes or weird stools. We are life-time customers!!
