Your AI (Artificial Ignorant) system really is BAD. It has canceled my attempt to apply for a loan with my credit union by locking out a credit enquiry for a loan! THREE TIMES!!!Turn off your crappy surveillance system!! so Tower Federal will be able to process my loan application!!! The Trans Union account has been unfrozen since around 1: 45 Feb 26th. Your system keeps locking my account so the credit union can not receive a report!

Once I got through wading through all of the attempts to get me to hang up and try AI, I finally got to a human being who was wonderful, patient, and very skilled. But, she said she would call me back, and then never did.
