Very informative.
She was friendly and informed.
I like they keep you informed and up to date each step of the way although I am just at the beginning of the process, it’s helpful to know what is going on and what to expect. So far everyone has been friendly and informative and answers any question no matter how small.

Michael Andoy explained every step that will make my credit good again....and how they will be working with the credit card company's for me....
This was a huge step to take for me and admit I needed some help. This whole team has been great and non judgemental from the beginning. Each new person I have had the opportunity to speak with has been very kind and willing to explain everything in as much detail as I have needed, all of this has been very settling for me. LeeAnna was who I spoke with today, we shared some laughs and non business discussions that really make things feel more personal and like a village to help me out.
Maurice was very patient and very helpful in many ways,
My experience is very new but so far I’m satisfied
Joey Lovada was courteous, informative and answered all my questions.
Maurice, did such a good job helping me with navigating and figuring out what the correct path was for me. I appreciate his diligence and ability to work with me
Honestly I’m a little bit on the fence about a rating. I’ve read in other reviews about a so called “bait and switch” tactic and after interaction with the company that’s now how I’m left feeling. That feeling makes me want to leave a one star. It presents itself as a “debt consolidation” and then once you’re denied on that, you’re presented with a debt relief program. That would be fine if there were more upfront transparency about what you’re applying for. The reason that I didn’t give the one star, is due to my own personal situation. I’ve tried for quite some time to obtain a consolidation loan through multiple companies, because like most people, I’d rather be able to pay everything off in full for the sake of the credit profile. My credit is bad enough right now that it finally became very clear to me that I was highly likely to never receive approval for that anywhere. Therefore, I made the decision to proceed with a program because I’m in over my head and it won’t fix itself. When it comes to that part, the reason for proceeding with this company as opposed to their competitors was due to being able to offset the fees and payments rather than requiring a big upfront immediate fee. At no point was I told “we need ‘x’ amount of money today and if you wait then creditors will be pursuing lawsuits against you and we won’t be able to help”. They not only offset the first payment, they also divided my monthly cost up to align with my pay dates. The pleasant experience of actually being worked with (unlike other settlement programs I’ve spoken with in the past) sold me on it. Considering that they worked with me on the payment, as well as not being put under pressure to enroll in a program deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, I just can’t get past the lack of transparency upfront during the initial loan process because people generally don’t enjoy being “lured” into a different situation and normally I’m one of those people. Like I said before, I’ve finally realized that I’m never going to get the consolidation loan anywhere. It just took their denial (after many others) to make it click with me. Because it was in fact my own conscience decision in the moment, I’m not giving 1 star like the “bait and switch” feeling makes me want to do. Again, they never pushed me into anything. When it comes to the agent that I spoke with, Anthony, I wish I could rate that separately on this because he would definitely get the 5. We all know that most sales people sound pretty much the same when it comes to their jobs, no matter what the sale is about, everything sounds great. No matter what your situation is, it just so happens that whoever you’re speaking with has been in that exact same situation in his /her past, and so on and so forth. He is by no means alone with the “salesman” sound, but he did perform his job very well in my opinion so I’m just trying to give some recognition to that and I hope the company does as well. Even if it’s just a verbal communication to say “you were just given some highly positive feedback on Trustpilot, we appreciate it”. I’m sorry to carry this out to such a lengthy extent, I’m just trying to be as thorough as possible when it comes to every aspect of how I feel about the full experience. The bottom line… just be advised that they aren’t strictly about loan offers. If you definitely are not interested in a debt relief program and you 100% already know that without any doubts whatsoever, then I probably would not recommend trying for a debt consolidation loan here UNLESS you are confident that you would qualify. This is due to the fact that like other reviews have stated, you are made to feel like you’re about to get a loan to be able to pay everything off like you hoped for and then boom… You don’t qualify but we do have something we can offer for your situation. If, however, you aren’t exactly sure about whether or not you would like to start a program following yet another denial, then I would recommend giving it a shot because maybe you could get the loan and if not, they are still pleasant to work with no matter what your decision may be at the end. Like I said before, even though it’s a sneaky way to get there, they absolutely will work with you on your payments, including your first one. If you’ve window shopped around with other relief programs before, the same can’t be said for all of them. If I could pick one thing to change, I would recommend large clear print that indicates to people that they will be offered a debt relief program in the event that they don’t qualify for a consolidation loan, therefore their application will be for that situation and offer if it’s applicable. Most people want to know what they’re applying for. So… 5 for Anthony, but 4 for the company due to their marketing strategy only because I decided to give in. Otherwise it would have been a 1 for that.
