I. Was greatly impressed by one member of staff in the Sainsbury market in South street Farnham! A very frail elderly gentleman was struggling to get around the shop, so one of the members of staff took it on her own back to escorts him around the shop even if if it meant getting on her knees to obtain items for him. She then escorted him to the bus stop so that he could arrive home safely. I feel she went above and beyond her requirements. Her name was Mia.I feel that she needs to be recognised for her customer care.

Poor product and post sale customer service that does not live up to website guarantees
Was really impressed by the ease of purchase and quick delivery. However product quality and post customer service has proven to be poor.Emailed on the 28.07 as after 23 minutes the “indestructible dog toy” was destroyed. Requested a refund. Didn’t hear back from Lettuce Pets until the 28.10 - and was offered a replacement, Replied on the 03.11 advising that I no longer trusted the product and re requesting a refund. Received a same day reply advising that I could have a 25% refund . Also replied same day to advise that this wasn’t in keeping either their website guarantee, fast refund guarantee or product description and asked for guidance on how to get a refund or how to complain. Have since had no reply to that email or another chaser.

I have read the negative reviews but can only comment on my experience that could not be faulted. After purchasing the Indestructible Bear Toy, that was well made, but not my dog Hunter proof, he destuffed it in 11 mintes flat. I contacted customer services and they replied within a couple of hours to say a replace would be put in hand. I replied that this would result in destruction and suggested a Heavy Duty Spiky Chew Ball which they agreed to send. A replacement Bear arrived, twice, but third time lucky I have now the ball toy. Although I offered to return the bear toys they have not asked for them. I will put them on the Cyprus Dog Rescue Christmas auction. You cannot get better customer service than that. The ball is also good and Hunter will not destroy that.

I ordered a indestructible bear for my 3 year old dauchund, he destroyed it in minutes. I got in touch with lettuce pets, they asked for photos which I sent. They offered a replacement which I refused and said I want my money back £17.50, they offered me £3.50, I laughed and said was that for the head?They then offered me £8.50, I gave in and accepted, the £8.50 was pending in my bank account for about a week then it was removed so I got nothing! How much money has this company fraudulently made from these useless dog toys? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! They should be prosecuted for false advertising in many ways, the claims are false and you don't get your money back! Disgusting

Still waiting for a refund. Purchased a dog toy 25th July. Advertised as indestructible. My dog chewed through it. Replacement sent but was damaged with seam not sewn up. Refund offered but I’m still waiting.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Orderd the now famous so called indestructible dog toy. It was destroyed in 40 mins by my dog. I wrote a very polite letter explaining the outcome and was asked to send photos of proof. I sent the photos and politely asked for a refund. My question was ignored but instead they offered me a replacement. It arrived and the quality was rubbish with stitching already coming loose. Like so many others I wish I had read all the one star reviews before my purchase. I Am Very disappointed and have given the replacement toy away.

I purchased and a chew toy for my 7 months old dachshund and the description states Durable Materials: Crafted from high-quality, chew-resistant canvas material. My puppy destroyed the toy within mins. They sent me a supposedly version 2 of the toy and only to receive the exact same toy and again, my puppy destroyed the toy within mins. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are falsely advertising the Pet Toy and DO NOT stand by their product. The Pet Toy for big dog is a scam, I received the Pet Toy for $14.95 paid the shipping and within 1 hour it was destroyed. I have a Lab and shared the pictures and immediately notified them of false advertisement. I requested a full refund which they did not honored. THIS IS SCAM AND PRAYING ON DOG LOVERS!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. I ordered their "unbreaka-bear" chew toy for my small dog. It took more than a month to arrive despite my repeated chasing for delivery. They claim it should arrive in ten days (UK delivery) but this is total guesswork/nonsense/lying. When it finally arrived the dog destroyed it in less than ten minutes of mild chewing. The bear lost an ear and had a giant gash in his side within minutes. The product is smaller than you expect, it is packaged poorly so is mangled an out of shape before arrival and is clearly made of cheap material that even a puppy could chew through easily. It is total garbage and I cannot emphasise how poor every aspect of this transaction has been. Save yourself a ton of frustration, anger and disappointment and spend your money elsewhere.

I wish I had checked this website before ordering. Like other shoppers, I have waited a month for a dog toy. They say it was delivered but I never received. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, but they are dragging their feet. Do not do business with this company!
