Just a script is not enough
The company makes it very easy to get the medication, in my case GLP1 meds. But I was grossly unprepared for issues that can result from the medicine. I was not warned or given an RX to be prepared in the event of urgent side effects. The $49/month they charged me for their service seemed to fit within my budget, but now I will be faced with a very large emergency room bill. I don't feel like they prepared me or ensured that I had what I needed in the event of what appears to be a common issue.

This is not a health service
This is not a health service, it is a pay for meds and nothing else service. If you are just looking to tell someone what meds you want, then get them sent to you with no actual care or follow up, this is your pusher.

Rude horrible operator
Rude horrible operator who couldn't understand what a customer with a TBI needed. I asked for help and patience, and she hung up on me. Horrible way to treat a disabled senior!

Rude
So freaking aggravating I’ve been on the same medicine for years and they refused to refill it. It won’t hurt me obviously I’ve been on it for probably 5 years!!! Also the guy was rude on the phone I’m not even gonna lie.

I was yelled at during my phone consult.
The nurse/doctor who did my last phone appointment raised his voice to me and was very rude. I’m being tested for depression and anxiety and his hostile manner sent me into a tailspin. He had VERY poor bedside manner and clearly doesn’t understand the need to have patience when explaining medical terms, etc to people who aren’t doctored or nurses themselves. I won’t be using Lemonaid Health any longer. I won’t support any business that employs someone who yells at customers.
