I have received excellent products (I only have purchased a few, not all of them). They work as they were intended to. I did have an issue a couple of years ago; my parcel left the USA and made it to Germany and seemed not to move for a couple of weeks. Legion sent my order again. The second order arrived and no additional cost to me within days, USA to Australia. The parcel stuck in Germany did finally arrive approximately 190 days after it shipped. This has been the only time that I have needed the customer service section of Legion. No complaints here.I allow 2-3 weeks for my delivery. 1-3 days for picking & packing. 4-5 days for transport from USA to Australia, and 11-12 days (sometimes less) to clear Australian Customs.Please note not all supplements, Legion or not, may not be great for everyone. Do your own research and contact your own medical professional if in doubt. It is not worth the risk.Also be aware of some supplements available, state a huge amount of beneficial ingredients. But the amount you receive in a single serve/dose may ultimately be of little use to anybody. Just something to be aware of.

Marketing is good but beware
My review is about Legion Athletics Coaching program. I have read Mike Mathew's books and listened to his podcasts a long time ago and I agree with his approach so I decided to try their online coaching program to get results I have not been able to achieve on my own. Overall approach was friendly and communication was prompt, they gave me all the important information but I don't think it was super transparent. When they review your goals over the phone and based on a few questions you have answered on a questionnaire it is very ambiguous as of what exactly does the consultant and the coach is envisioning versus what the client is envisioning. I thought my goal was clear and I wanted muscle definition and to lose few extra lbs so the consultant over the phone confirmed that it is a very achievable goal and even told me how much body fat I need to lose and I signed up. They did not set an expectation on the timeline and since I am so new to fitness I did not ask and I assumed if they confirmed it is achievable in three months and they will get me there then that must be it. After completing my 3 months program I saw no results other than the scale slowly moving down but far from my desired weight, no definition, no significant measurable muscle gain (obviously, it is too soon). I signed up for again this time for 6 months and I was promised that yes, the first time they "told me on the phone" that 3 months is too little and what I actually needed for the results I was desiring is about 6 months. I went ahead and added three extra months JUST to be sure, so overall 9 months but even after that I did not achieve the results I was promised over the phone both on my initial and the second consultation. I understand that everybody is different and results will vary based on many things but I was told they will deliver results and as a fact several months later I looked just about the same I did at the start and was not able to lose anything from my waist which was my target area. I lost 4 lbs total in 9 months. I wish that they had a straightforward approach and transparency that the kind of body takes a lot more time than they can sell you, and I would still stick with the program but my expectations would have been adjusted and mentally it would have been a much better journey. So, although I did not appreciate the marketing trap of signing up a client but not really seriously setting expectations ahead of time I still learned some valuable tips and was able to create a routine that became my lifestyle because I was committed to the program for several months continuously. I changed two different coaches and I was very happy with my latter one as their approach was more educational, supportive and overall super friendly. So the option of switching your coach if you chose to do so and staying in touch with them through the app was very helpful. I also think that after training with them for so long I understand now approximately how much time I need to achieve the results I am after and this is very helpful and motivational to keep pushing forward.

Mike Matthews is my most trusted fitness expert that I follow.I am particularly motivated to write this review today based on my excellent customer service experience with his company Legion. It was completely my fault that I ordered a shipment of supplements to the wrong address and they completely refunded me and sent me a new one to the correct address. I can’t be more grateful for How accommodating they are even when it’s not even their mistake.

I have been following Michael Matthews for over 8 years, reading his books (Bigger Leaner Stronger/The Shredded Chef/Muscle for Life/Thinner Leaner Stronger (for women)), etc and special reports on different areas that any workout enthusiast would be interested in. I have found nothing not supported by quality research. I have often told people that it seems like Michael must have read every research study on health and fitness ever done. I have used his coaching 2 times to help me get set up with a proper routine both in terms of actual workouts as well as eating a proper diet with the right proportions of protein, carbs and fat to achieve my desired both composition. Both coaches I have used have been excellent. I'm 69 so I chose to do the 3 day per week workout routine to give myself adequate time to recoup after my workouts. They designed my diet and my exercise routines. I have been very satisfied with both. This process has helped me discover what works for me at my age and I often get compliments while in the gym as to the condition I am in at my age. I feel so much better having regained the overall strength that I allowed myself to let slip away over the last 10-15 years. I use their protein which I love. It's taste and mixability is incredible. I also use the pre-workout and post-workout supplements to aid in my progress. I love that Mike says you don't need supplements to achieve what you want, but some supplements can help you get there sooner. I figured I could use all the help available, and I am not in the least bit disappointed. I've had my own supplement routine for over 40 years so all I did was supplement with the things that I figured would help me. The few times I have needed a refund on something (no returns are necessary) they have promptly refunded me. I love their peanut butter protein bars (excellent quality with the best protein sources). I have not one negative thing to say about Legion Athletics. I just wish I had found them years sooner. I'd be better off. I continue to use their app for my workouts not only for the selection of exercises I might want to add to my regimen, but to be sure I'm doing them correctly. I see so many people doing exercises that will ultimately cause them to injure themselves. So workout routines, helpful supplements with research doses, available coaching and many self-help options for routines, proper eating direction, fantastic customer service and just about any need you might have to design and follow a health and fitness protocol just for you, I recommend Legion Athletics without reservation. I've read a few reviews claiming problems with customer service and I can't begin to imagine any of them to be valid. I can't speak to anyone's international experience, but I know the lengths these people in customer service go to in order to satisfy their clientele and it is beyond reproach.

One of the best all-round companies ever
I’ve been using Legion almost exclusively for my full suite of supplements since around 2016.I live in Sydney Australia. In the early days, shipping was a bit inconsistent, but the customer service has always been such a high standard it was never an issue. Fast forward to 2024 and now all the logistics side of the business is humming and the average turnaround from ordering to receiving my order is just over a week, which is amazing considering they ship to Australia for free.The customer service is ultimately why I am so loyal, but the quality of the products is why I am happy to pay a premium. You get scientifically backed dosages of the best ingredients, with no obscuration of the ingredients and a very easy way to access the peer reviewed research that supports why each ingredient is being used.No trash ingredients, Layer dusting or bro science, just full dosages of the highest quality and most scientifically supported ingredients. Also, no artificial sweeteners. I can see myself being a lifetime customer.

Legion is the best supplement company in every way! The experience they create for their customers is unmatched. Their personal trainers are always so helpful and kind; always 2 steps ahead in offering their assistance with orders. Special shout out to Ally for her help recently!And the product - it's the perfect combination of health and taste. It doesn't contain artificial sweeteners, which is really hard to find these days. Just because it's natural doesn't mean they sacrifice on flavor. They have so many delicious flavors to choose from. The cinnamon cereal whey+ protein is my favorite!

I read Mike's book for women who want…
I read Mike's book for women who want to start weightlifting and it was a really good read and very thorough, I recommend it 100%. I've also tried his meal plans which helped me lose weight without crash dieting.

I bought some supplements from Legion and was super excited to try them out! Unfortunately after using them I got pretty sick, I realized I’m allergic to some of the ingredients and that’s totally on me because the allergy runs in my family, I just spaced it. However, I reached out to legion about a return and they were AWESOME! They let me keep the products (I’m giving them to my friend who loves legion and says the products work great for her!) and they refunded me the money instantly. I was so impressed and I seriously want to buy from them again (maybe try the protein powder..) just because they were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend these products (for those without allergies lol)! My unallergic friend swears by them.

Bad products and immature staff
Their products are complete crap even though they said they "research to find the best ingredients". It's all a scam. They put cheap, unhealthy ingredients in their products and charge you tons of money. Tried to talk to customer service about a refund, but they HUNG UP on me. When I called back, they said the person I was talking to doesn't work there? Sounds like a bunch of immature children work there. Never ordering from them again
