I received a seller lead from Lead Elite. I contacted the lead at the specified day and time and due to unforseen events on the sellers end had to reschedule. When I reconnected with the seller at that time he informed me that he co-owned the property with a family member who was not interested in selling at this time. While this lead didn't work out, I am hoping that more in the future will.
I received a great lead opportunity from Lead Elite recently. I contacted the customer on the prescheduled date and time. Unfortunately the seller had just signed a listing contract with another broker so I could not continue to pursue the listing.

SCAM!!!!Lead elite promised me 24 leads within the 6 month period and delivered only 9 poor quality leads. For the past 2 month they are ghosting my calls and never calling me back. I would advise any real estate agent to stay away from them or you will lose money. I signed up with them in 10/24/2024
