I am extremely impressed with both the quality of the lasers and the outstanding level of customer service provided. A special mention goes to Camille from the technical support team; she was incredibly polite, professional, and—most importantly—exceptionally fast and responsive in addressing my concerns. She made the whole troubleshooting process seamless. I am fully satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them.
I was looking for a solution to label silicone wristbands flexibly. The silicone wristbands served as keys in the company, so it was important that each wristband had at least one number so that they could be distinguished from each other for security reasons. I now have my own laser engraver at home to personalize money, create my business cards, and much more. I am still very satisfied and enthusiastic about how easy it is to use via the app!
I got exactly the answers that i needed and some of them were sustained with explicit photos regarding my question.
This has been a great mechanic so far. My exhaust fan had broke. Called customer service and they got me the new piece fast. Customer service was great. Very happy

LaserPecker needs to disclose that using their "pay over time" option is worse than paying with a credit card. Usually companies offer a 0% monthly payment offer to entice buyers but LaserPecker hides the 18% interest rate when using Affirm. Every other company where I've used Affirm has always offered 0% so I was shocked to see the 18% rate when I logged into the Affirm online account. Since Affirm does not send statements, it's not easy to know that you're paying ridiculous interest rates - VERY UNHAPPY! Should I have read the fine print closer = yes.Do other companies do a much better job of highlighting FREE versus 18% = YesI never would have use their Affirm payment option had I noticed there was an 18% interest rate.
contacted the Support crew and they were on it immediatly! this was an accessory but I definetly bought the right equipment!

Laserpecker staff responded quickly to my email regarding my problem with the rotary. They passed on videos and comments on how to solve my issue.
I had preorder questions. I was called back and the customer service representative was very courteous and answered my questions. I then proceeded to place my order which has been shipped. I am now awaiting delivery on the LaserPecker LP2.
Excellent service! Ella addressed my specific question, checked my answers with photos to ensure she wasn't wrong, and then provided precise information. The issue was figuring out which safety goggles belonged to which laser. Fantastic and prompt service. I highly recommend Ella.
