I am not pleased with the power to turn it on and off with your finger. It is frustrating at times I loved my older model much better. I have requested a refund. I just need the information sent to me on how to process a refund thank you. Lori Keith.
Great hair dryer
I already owned the Le Volume 60MM Brush Dryer. I love it. It dries and shapes my hair so quickly. I recently purchased the Le Duo 360 Airflow Styler. I didn’t know how to use it at first, but I saw a video where Ashley Franks was demonstrating it. I love it now that I know how to use it.
I love the Le Volume. I had the Revlon One Step previously but it didn’t dry my hair. I was leery about getting the Le Volume wondering if it would be any better. It definitely is better. My hair is pretty thick so I have to section it but it dries those sections very well. It’s not really any quicker than blowing my hair out with my Babyliss blow dryer and brush, but it’s much easier to maneuver with the dryer and brush combined as one. Works great with the glass hair product.
Love all the products I have purchased
I ordered 2 different items, received 2 of one product ordered. I contacted customer service but they then scheduled a 3rd order of that product instead of sending me the missing item. I canceled it & then had to reach out 2 more times as my first reply went unanswered. Hoping my package scheduled for delivery this coming week is accurate.
I have been using the Lange duo for several years now and it's absolutely amazing, curls stay in place better than any other I have tried. Recently I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, serum strengthening trio and so far I have been pleased with it as well.
While it dries well, it adds absolutely no volume to my hair. In fact, when I use the volumizing dryer, with or without styling products, my hair is very flat and limp. I hoped for more with this dryer.

The Halo hair dryer is the best hair dryer i have ever had. It is so lightweight and easy to style and dry my hair and doesn't make it look frizzy or as if i just stepped out of a wind tunnel. i really like the 5 heat settings. would highly recommend it to others

Love the products and hair tools. I bought the new hair dryer and am liking it so far. It does have a very strong output which takes getting used to. Overall I am very pleased with my purchases.
