So far the 1:1 coaching program has been a great experience! My coach Derrick has been really helpful and the recorded videos are well organized / straight to the point (no fluff). Overall, I think this is the best online course / coaching program that I’ve been part of. Well done guys! Look forward to getting my first deal - I’m on my way!
This process works, plain and simple. If you follow the modules, and put in the work, you will be successful. You have to work for the money, just like any job…except this can pay an incredible amount of money. At first you are super excited to make $10k a month, but then you realize that there a lot more on the table up for grabs. Making $30k+ a month in this business is definitely realistic. Those who hit the ground running, and put in the work will be extremely successful.

The program has been great so far. Support teams respond quickly when something hasn't been updated. The course is robust, but they offer additional specialized topics to make the education more comprehensive. They also offer a number of 3rd party companies for supplemental services, so you don't have to research a bunch to find one.

Community is fantastic! Usually get a Knowledgeable response within an hour. Ron and Dan implement your setup very quickly so you can hit the ground running. Don’t try to piece it together on YouTube.. really. Do what you can to get your money together for getting into this course. Youll thank yourself. A real tangible, step by step real estate investing program. I have never had a company be as profitable as quickly as my land investing business thanks to LIO. They have a great community of mentors in their discord private group and if you really want to hit the ground running their one on one coaching program is the way to go.
This community provided amazing value for the price that you pay. The course is amazing, it involves different marketing channels, and has plenty resources. The members alone are worth the price of entry. It’s literally a no brainer. They help you every step along the way.
I was floored to have direct access to the founders of the company and COO. Ron, Dan, Anthony, Jeff and the whole LIO team are super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. It is apparent how much they care and want to help. The community as a whole is an incredible support for newbies like me as well as for experts who need help with challenging situations. The Apke brothers come across as genuine and transparent, there course is straight forward with an active discord community full of wisdom and knowledge, there are more than enough videos of the Apke brothers doing actual deals in the course for reference. I'm new to real estate but so far appears to be a great start for me, really appreciate the course and the Apke brothers.
