Highly recommend and very caring.
With the unexpected passing of furr baby. Kramer Cremation really helped with all the questions. Guided us with all final decisions. Service was great and we even received her ashes back earlier then expected.

Excellent Service
Kramer Cremation was excellent at communicating the cremation and death certificate process. They kept me informed all along the way. They accidentally charged me twice on my credit card but were extremely prompt in issuing a credit. I have used them twice and each time they have been responsive and compassionate!

The communication was just the right amount, enough to keep me updated without being overwhelmed. Everyone was kind and caring when I picked up the ashes, which was a very emotional time for me. The costs were very reasonable; no frills, but everything I needed.

I must say I am very impressed with Kramer. The entire process has been so streamlined and painless. It has helped my family focus on grieving instead of worrying about all the different facets of a funeral etc. unfortunately, our loved one did not have life insurance so this was literally a God send being so affordable. I highly recommend Kramer!

This is my first time cremating My pet experience so I was effy about it but I took a leap of trust and it was the right choice they answered the phone as many times you call I think I called like 4 times between 20 minutes and they answered every time and they walk you on every step I would gladly recommend this Cremation place to any loved one I did my registration online and my payment online they are safe to trust.

Great and easy service
Every part of the process was easy. The drop off after hours was so easy and fast. It removed stress from a difficult day. The cremation was fast and I had my pet back within a few days. All around great service.

Best place to have gone to take our babies to. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the prices are beyond reasonable and they are so respectful and compassionate. If the horrible time ever came again I’d come here first.
