I've been a customer for years, and finally needed to contact customer support for a weird issue during booking. Not only were they super responsive, but they did a thorough search into what might have happened. I will continue to be a customer for the forseeable future. Thank you Matthew and the team!
Great Tool Easy and no flush (100% working)
Koalendar was the perfect new start booking program as a Sole Trader. Since beginning with Koalendar I have since grown and expanded my business model into a Partnership and have naturally evolved my framework to require more support. I highly recommend this platform to any Sole Traders looking for a booking solution. I was with Koalendar for 3 years, the first few months using their free subscription and then upgraded - it was the best decision and was so simple to use and navigate. The admin support team have always been fantastic. Couldn't speak more highly of the team and this product.
Koalendar’s booking calendar works really well for our needs. It offers many different languages and customization options. I’m especially pleased with the excellent customer service, which provides quick help with everything.
They made it so easy for us to set up calendars for our 300 agents to be able to reserve conference and training rooms. When I had an issue, support fixed it right away. Highly recommend for anytime you want to make it easy for someone to book time on a calendar.
An easy review! I’ve tried many scheduling platforms with my online tutoring company and Koalebder has by far been the easiest and most straightforward option. Even my international clients were able to navigate with out any support from me. Matthew (customer service) replied quickly and understood my situation. Simply wonderful!! 10/10 Highly Recommend!!!
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with Koalender. It has everything I have been looking for and really easy to use. I am an online English teacher and I want to offer both individual and group classes with the ability to offer discounts and your site has been the best I have found. I have done a LOT of experimenting. I am grateful you designed this so easily.

I love this product. It is simpler, easier, and cleaner to look at and navigate than Calendly. It links to my EHR system, email, google meets and calendars. As a psychotherapist traveling the world and working with expats in all different time zones, this is pure gold.
Really one of the best self-serve appointment making sites out there. Also, their customer support was incredible, really went above and beyond to help (even when I messed up!).
I'm a teacher, and I use Koalendar as a tool for students to sign up for tutoring and test retakes. It organizes my calendar for me. When I had a question, someone got back to me within a few hours.
Fantastic! I have used Kaolendar for soon 4 months for my buisness on the free plan. It took a bit of time to learn how to best set up my booking page, but now it's perfect. Also customer service has been amazing and kind: In my first month, I I had forgotten to sign out of my free pro trial (I wanted to check out if I needed the extra features). When I got my first bill, I sent a mail to ask if I was currently using any pro options, and that I would like to cancel the pro version for the coming month if not. Kaolendar was so kind to let me know that I have indeed not been using any pro features, and that they were therefore happy to refund the month. This made me feel so considered, and I am sure I will stay with Kaolendar also in the future when I need their advanced features.

I have loved using Koalendar. I own a pottery studio and Koalendar makes it easy to have my students book and pay for their classes right in the app. I used to rely on a more expensive calendaring/booking app but I will never go back. Koalendar has everything I need and is easy to use on my side as well as the front facing side my students see. The development team works tirelessly to increase the functionality of the app. They welcome and respond to feedback quickly, usually same day or next day. I love this app.
This scheduling app is so much more user friendly and intuitive than the others I have used in the past. I was able to set up my appointments in the way I determined worked best for me and being able to clone and tweek one or two variables was a life-saver. I happened to find Koalendar a week before tax season kicked off and I was able to get it set up and running in time with very little headache. It was easier for me since I have used other schedulers in the past maybe, but even if this is your first time setting one up, Koalendar is by far much easier than the three others I have used before. Also, when I had an issue that I contacted support about, which ultimately turned out to be my mistake not an issue with Koalendar, they stayed on the task and made sure my issue was resolved which I truly was very impressed with.
Koalendar is a great tool! I’ve used it for work and as a student and it has so many great features even in the free version for those who can’t afford a paid booking app. Also the customer service is great, I received a response the same day and it helped me resolve my issue immediately. I just started using this app after a larger company cancelled my free subscription. I liked the simple straightforward interface. I was most impressed with their customer service. When I had trouble getting it to work (not because of the program but because of my Google Cal settings) they took the time to look at my set up and made changes that resulted it a seamless user experience. I give them five stars for their product and their service.
We enjoy Koalendar for our dog grooming and notary public businesses - its not only easy for us and clients to schedule, but it's easy to import records into our own system and send out things like our monthly newsletter.
Koalendar is a real gem. I've been using other bookings-calendars, which always seem to miss something I need. But then Koalendar showed up, literally has all you need. The booking kalendar looks fantastic. Easy to program. All languages are included, including Dutch. Versatile.My customers, (some over 60) also now how to use it easily.And so wonderful when I encountered a problem, a real and very nice person emailed me back, stayed in contact, and solved my problem within 12 hours!When I go to their website it shows transparency and vision, also great!
