Very satisfied overall
Very satisfied overall, just a little surprised by the final frame shade compared to what I thought. It is tricky because it is hard to review the color in real.

I was an interior designer and needs a lot of art pieces for my projects. I know EXACTLY where to go for art and KNOW FOR SURE I will get high quality arts made to projects with good quality inside.Kline Collective can satisfy everything for me. The clients ask me where did I get such unusual art, and have a hard time understanding the arts were not to be found anywhere, but were custom work. Kline Collective is very suitable for my projects and hope that in the future they can offer better trade discount.

I had an extremely frustrating…
I had an extremely frustrating experience with the first artist. I ordered three canvases and specifically chose the same artists because I want them to be of the same style. I even took the time to double-check with the customer service team to avoid any issues. Despite all that, the results at the beginning was not good. When I contacted their support team to report the delay and ask for help, they suggested me to ask the current artist to make changes. I said no because I have a good eye and I know another person can do the painting better. I exchanged many emails and later they agreed to find another artist to commission my work. The second result is great. I think they should really review who can do the tasks better and instead of me going through the process.

The artist is great
The artist is great. The painting is lovely; only thing I would change is packaging that’s easier to unbox. Thanks for the instructions tho. And also I don't know why it takes so long to adjust the details. You need to be patient.

A perfectly executed job.
I ordered two beautiful large paintings from Kline Collective website. The finished paintings I received exactly matched the images on the website. Even better:) you can feel the artist's touch and the lively execution. Definitely recommended, for sure you may place the orders there. The delivery time was as expected, no delays. Kline Collective has some of the…
Kline Collective has some of the greatest collections and I like how the shipping cost is free. I have ordered several rolles before but this time decided to get the frames too. It never disappoints. The pieces are quite expensive and hope that in the future they can offer more discount, esp. to repeated customers. I also talked to the manager about it and they also want to offer us more discounts but because they cover shipping and insurance so they can only offer me a max 30% discount. For someone who spent over $5000 I think we should deserve more.

It's a nice experience
It's a nice experience. The artist worked with me to tweak the shade until it was perfect it was very collaborative right there. I would say that it is better to follow up with them more often on the changes because the artist seems to be quite busy and can miss my revision notes.

5 stars for customer service and artist…
5 stars for customer service and artist skills. But 1 star for shipping and packaging. The shipping takes quite a long time and we have to follow up with the team from time to time. Then they pass me on to DHL. I hope that they can find another company for this service!
