Ordered some Keuco bathroom items. Products as expected at a competitive price. All packaged well.Only gripe is they use DPD couriers which meant a predictable headache with non delivery and would urge them to use anyone else (perhaps bar TNT who are equally bad!) to improve the overall experience.
Before I made my purchase from kitchen market.com I emailed the company and specifically asked if everything I needed for installation was included or if I needed to purchase any additional items. I was told it was all included.This was incorrect and when the item arrived it was missing items required for installation. So it was never installed and barely out of the box when I returned it in perfect condition in the original packaging.I later received a response from kitchen market that I was not entitled to a refund because it was damaged upon return. I did not cause this damage and it was not there when I returned the item. So now I have neither the item I purchased nor the refund I was promised.This has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company.
