Sloppy Paint Job on New Door
New $1,800 door arrived with drips, scratches, and uneven paint. They said "touch-ups are normal" but refused to repaint. Now it looks 10 years old. Paid premium for junk.

Warranty Worthless
Paid extra for a 5-year warranty. When my motor failed after 11 months, they claimed "improper use" and refused coverage. Their inspector said I used it "too frequently" (4x/day). Scam warranty terms!

Faulty Installation Led to Costly Repairs

Damaged My Property and Denied Responsibility
Technician was careless during installation and put a deep scratch in my new Tesla Model Y parked in the garage. When I showed him the damage, he blamed it on "existing wear." The company refused to compensate me, claiming "no proof." Shoddy work and even worse ethics. Paying for premium service but got amateur hour.

Terrible Communication & Bait-and-Switch Pricing
Hired King’s Garage Doors for a spring replacement. The quote was "up to $200" online, but the technician arrived and insisted I needed a full system overhaul, pushing the cost to $650! When I refused, he charged a $95 "trip fee" for 5 minutes of work. Customer service ignored my complaints. Scammy sales tactics and zero transparency. Avoid.

My experience was frustrating from start to finish. The installer showed up late with a dismissive attitude and seemed to have very little practical knowledge of the product. The work was rushed and sloppy, leaving me to deal with the mess and worry about the quality of the installation itself. I was expecting a professional but felt like I got anything but.

Wish I could give zero stars. They replaced our old garage door, and now we have a new set of problems. It's just as noisy, but now it also hesitates halfway through closing. The "night and day difference" they advertise was pure fiction in our case. Feels like we were sold a bill of goods.
