DO NOT USE COMPANY!!! After our company performed the services requested by them on 11/15/25 from Jonesboro to Paragould Ar., Daniel Hawk reserved the charges of the amount of 1,653.00. They paid us using 2 different credit cards for the full/total amount for trip which we sent them the invoice/link prior to service date. They are con artist and broker to other companies with charter buses and black car services. We contacted them by email today and Chris acted like he knew nothing about it, but would get back to us concerning the matter. So we contacted the credit card company and uploaded the documents to ensure that we got paid and there were no charge backs. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. I did tell them that if the matter wasn't resolved on their end we would file a formal complaint and use all social media platforms to leave a bad review with them including our companies site as well. DO NOT USE OR CONTACT THIS COMPANY. Im trying to submit the evidence online with this review to help you all. Go to their Facebook page and you will see the links there also. I wanted to upload the charge backs document along with the email of them asking me to remove my review until the matter is resolved, and I said our company would once we got paid

College Football Team Travel
As a college football team traveling to an area we had never been, our drivers Peter Farrell, Alfonzo Ramos and Brenner Burton were absolutely outstanding and made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. They were very reliable, respectful, and fulfilled everything requested of them and more.From the time our team landed on the tarmac until they dropped us off two days later, we could not have asked for more from these three men. Communication ahead of time was outstanding, they were always early and exactly where they needed to be. I would recommend requesting these drivers for any job - they will not disappoint!

Do not do businesss with this company or Daniel Hawk.They left 56 of us stranded for a wedding and on the way back could only take 12. It has been 3 months of constant emails and calls for a 50% refund that they just won’t give. Even though we’re entitled to a full refund.Daniel keeps saying the third party they hired to do the trip won’t refund them so they won’t refund us. We paid this company to take 56 people to and from a wedding and only got one trip of 12 people and made everyone late to the wedding as we had to take our own vehicles cause the bus didn’t show up, some missed the ceremony. Not only did we lose thousand of dollars on a service that never happened, we lost precious memories for people who missed the wedding.They could not care less at the distress they have caused. Daniel asked one to stop leaving reviews in exchange for organising a refund and now won’t reply to any of her emails.Why is the customer suffering and unable to be refunded for the service that was not provided, all because of their choice as a business to not do their due diligence in outsourcing?Bad karma is coming. When they lose thousands of dollars on a scam they will see. Our friends have put in a charge back through cash app and have sort legal proceedings through military. All this because this company won’t even give a PARTIAL refund to an entire service that never happened.Are you that broke you can’t afford $1200 in a refund for a service you got paid thousands for? Literal thousands of dollars down the drain.We’ve had to report them to the IRS for are tax audit and other places due to their shady business dealings. And have to keep fighting through third parties because they assume we will stop when we won’t. Scamming company.

Their company seems to contact buses and have no control over how the owners might be. They made workers come out to service buses in Toronto late night, roadside then the owner decided to change the payment terms after the company has approved service. They owe companies money for services and later ignore, pass along, or have no intermediary after discussing clearly pricing and terms on the phone with Ace, texts, email. Avoid at all costs.

Did not provide the service. Bus did not show making everyone late to wedding having to take their own cars. Bus on way back couldn’t take the 56 paid for but only 12. I have asked for refunds numerous times, Daniel has avoided every email. We only asked for 50% refund for the first bus not coming (even though we deserve a refund for the next bus only taking 12 people). They have avoided everyone who has emailed them. My husband and family are so angry we now are talking to solicitors to file a suit. I am commenting on every social media and YouTube post and making a video for my followers. Absolutely appalling service. Give me my refund and I’ll take my comments down. Otherwise we will see you in court, Daniel.

We hired King’s Charter in the busy season as they were the only company available at the time. The price was great, and even with a dead head drive from the opposite coast, it still fit the budget. No alarms were raised, until we were asked to pay the entire rental fee up front weeks before the tour started. The sales rep was fairly aggressive about this, but at the end conceded to working with a deal consisting of 50% deposit up front, and balance paid upon band entering bus. Once this alarm was raised, I began to research the company and discovered a terrible reputation, and zero positive feedback. Upon this discovery, I then questioned the legitimacy of King’s Charter. I asked for photos of the bus for weeks prior, and received nothing until the bus was actually en route to pick us up. The driver details were changed twice prior to our bus pickup. Finally, I was put in touch with the driver days before our tour started. The driver, Hashir, was assuring, responsive and sent videos of bus. We received a 2010 Prevost that was in fair condition. The bus was dated, but functional. Wires were coming out of the walls, gum was found in a bunk. Some lights and bunk vents were non functional, but the bus moved, and got us to the shows on time. The water pump was intermittently functional, so we couldn’t access the sink to wash our hands for most of the tour. Bathroom and bunk area doors had overly pressurized hydraulics and would cause a disturbing slam and knock every time you would close the doors. Hashir. The driver was excellent, and highly skilled. Easy to communicate with, knowledgeable with routes; and handled the bus with extreme care and safety. On a 14 day tour the bus ran great but eventually broke down en route to our last show. Kings Charter covered the cost of sourcing a tow truck for trailer and replacement bus to transfer band/crew to venue. Sadly, the bus was unable to return band to airport, as no timely or comfortable solution was feasible. We were forced to rebook international flights from a different airport which cost us close to ten thousand dollars. All in all, King’s Charter got the job done at the expense of the band’s comfort. The money we saved on bus rental, was spent on extra flights. They supplied us with an excellent driver and a workable - but dated bus. I would consider employing their services again only as a last resort or with more knowledge of the provided bus months before the tour started.

This review is merely to educate those leaving reviews and using Kings Charter. I have given Kings Charter the same rating as their average so as not to pull their rating up or down (as that wouldn't be fair). Kings Charter is a broker, just like Priceline. You are not chartering their buses. They will give you a rate and then shop out the trip to their affiliates to get the best price and then keep the difference. It is ALWAYS better to deal directly with a brick and mortar local bus company, but companies like Kings Charter have their place if you cannot find anything else. If you just need something/anything in a pinch then these ARE your guys and they can probably help. If you care about what you get, when you get it and you need someone to contact about issues and customer service or refunds, they are NOT your guys. Additionally, if the buses they do send you have terrible drivers and buses, leave a review for that company as well.

THIS BUS COMPANY IS THE WORST BUS COMPANY EVERY. THEY ARE A 3rd PARTY AND OWN NONE IF THEIR TOUR BUSES. THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU JUST TO GET MONEY IN THEIR POCKET. Kings Charter bus has only provided the BEST customer service to The Bayonne Board of Education located in New Jersey. We have been short on our in house drivers for various sports events and Kings helped us out tremendously! The drivers showed up on time and always provided the utmost professionalism. This company left my tour group and I stranded in an airport for hours after our redeye home! We had to sit on the ground in Philly airport until other arrangements could be made!! I would leave zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They also lied about the bus, saying it had come, and that they couldn't find us. Then, they refused to respond to us or refund us for weeks!!

Kings Charter was a company unknown to me and colleague I asked, but they were able to answer all questions I had and even sent me pictures of the busses that we will be getting. We ended up rentig 2 tour busses for our music tour. Beds were clean and comfortable. Drivers were on time and friendly.

Horrible Experience. They left an entire group of high school students at the Philadelphia airport for hours, after their red eye home. Then they ignored the phone calks, emails and facebook messages. Now they are lying about having sent another bus. They never did, or they would have told the head chaperone and trip coordinator. DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

I am furious at this company
I am furious at this company. I used them one year for a trip with students and they were great. The next year our school used them again and stranded the students at the airport. The money was taken and no bus showed up leaving the parents having to drive last minute to the airport. It is such a shame and I don’t know if there was a change of leadership, but I will never use them again. The situation is just such a disappointment and a waste of time and money and may turn into legal action

We booked a Tour Bus through King Charter which was perfect and then after being let down for short trip transfers for our event booked travel for over 35 musicians at 12 hours notice across 3 days and they 100% delivered.Every transfer had the friendliest of drivers and all the vehicles were of the highest quality! Would 100% recommend again!

Trustworthy and friendly company but dated vehicle
I am a tour manager in the music industry (been on the road for 20+ years), and for my most recent tour none of my regular vendors had availability so I rented a tourbus via Kings Charter, a company previously unknown to me and any colleague I asked.They were quick to respond, provided photos of the bus upon request as well as references from previous customers. They were then very keen for me to confirm, chased me up regularly via email and text message, first for confirmation, later for payment (starting one day after I received the invoice) and finally for a review.They asked for full payment in advance but were open to my request of paying the balance after the bus picked us up.The bus that did pick us up was not the same as the one in the pictures, it was a bit older and some of the bunk lights did not work (or weren't even there, and had some wires sticking out of the wall instead) but otherwise everything worked fine. The driver was quite the character and hit the rumble strips a LOT, but he was friendly and easygoing. The beds were comfortable and clean.All in all: they are a trustworthy company but don't expect a new bus.

We rented Tour bus from Kings charter bus. Amazing customer support also bus was nice and luxury. We had a small issue with generator but Kings got it resolved instantly and we enjoyed rest of the tour without any issues. Driver was professional and the complimentary dinner was amazing. Will definitely use their services again
