Waited 5 months for two small items
Waited 5 months for two small items, I ordered a while back just to get this email today saying that I'm being refunded. The second email they sent me was a "refund" for an item i didn't even order! I went back to the website and the two items i ordered before are not even on their website anymore. Super disappointed by this experience and will never shop from them again.

Regardless of the reviews here I took a punt and ordered a Dunny from Kidrobot. Delivery from the US to UK was just 9 days from ordering and turned up very well packaged and in perfect condition.

My kids absolutely love kidrobot products, especially the yummy world collection. And customer service was phenomenal! Super responsive and helpful. Kids are already asking me for new items to completely their “restaurant” offering! Highly recommend!

Horrible place to buy collectors toys! We received an item with a damaged box and item and they just fought with us on getting it replaced when my husband is a collector. The item had multiple cracks in and they claimed that's how the product was supposed to be along with it being shipped in a huge box so the item was bouncing around the entire time... Potentially cracked during shipping. They refused to replace it.... So if you're a collector avoid this shithole company like the plague. They don't care about their customers and won't make things right when they send you a damaged item. Avoid!!

Shipping is a nightmare
Shipping was a nightmare. Product was shipped incorrectly from seller. Took over a month and multiple emails to find out the issue. Seller response time lags and ignored requests to refund my money. Look elsewhere for like products.Update: Would recommend contacting the fraud department of the financial institution that tendered the transaction. Chase refunded me upon complaint.

everything I've ordered from this company has been 100% perfectly exactly what was ordered. I've actually been extremely impressed with my products!!! some of the things I've recieved:-Kenny Plush(high on life)-the entire Don't Hug Me I'm Scared series-tony the talking wall clockI can't complain, and I got feedback on shipping when I requested it. pre order times are not unrealistic and, I cannot emphasize enough that I've gotten good quality. I CAN NOT believe how quickly and politely this company responses to any emails. I have only ordered PRE order items from them and have had zero issues. They also provide quality products!! WIN WIN!

Missing order and KidRobot not responding
I placed an order with severall items on pre-order. When they finally shipped, it looks like they were either shipped to the wrong address or they were delivered somewhere else. After alerting Kidrobot of this they have stopped answering emails. Unforutnately it looks like I will need to involve my bank to try to resolve this. My suggestion to those looking into pre-order, just wait until the item is in stock.

Quick emparhetic response, and bonus points offered as consolation for large volume of lost points d/t my misunderstanding of the rewards program. You don't get rewards just for signing up for an account, it's a separate process. I knew I wasn't going to get full recompense, but it was a nice surprise to get a little something for reaching out with my frustration over the situation.

Nearly a year long wait
I ordered a Coraline doll last September and still have yet to receive it. When I reached out to check the status of my order, I was given a later delivery date than previous given and no chance of a refund. The customer service is also atrociously lacking in being helpful. I recommend you save your money or go elsewhere because this is not the place to go.

For some reason I didn’t get a confirmation email, so it’s only a four star rating. The other side of this is that Michelle in CS did a fantastic job of helping me track down my order. She got me a tracking number within a business day. Very happy with the support!

Order arrived in fair amount of time- originally the package went to the wrong location but customer service assured me the carrier would reroute my package to my address. Kidrobot was very communicative and my package did arrive after a very small delay.

Everything Arrived, Including my Preorder
Communication could have been a little better as I had placed a preorder and didn't know when, or after reading review on this site, if it would arrive. They had shipped the rest of my order previously and everything had been great, but when I saw the item was in stock and had some reviews already and hadn't received a shipping notification yet for mine, I was a bit worried about my order so I contacted customer service, got a fairly quick response and within the next week my preorder shipped and arrived so I am happy with my most recent experience.
