Down 23 lbs (Dec-Feb)!

I’m loving everything about this program! I needed a new exercise program, new movements, new nutrition and dialed in coaching. KT is all of that! Down 23 lbs in the first 11 weeks (Dec-Feb)! From 290. Stronger everyday and I finally feel like I’m building the sustainable habits for life.

Pull the Trigger and try the Program!

I decided to pull the trigger on the Kettle Bell Transformation program and I am very glad I did. The program has a great design with different starting points depending on your level of fitness, physical ability, and age. The program offers great one on one online coaching for the kettlebell program and nutrition. As of the writing of this review, I have been doing the program consistently for 10 weeks and I have noticed my strength increase dramatically and I have lost 15 pounds. The program is worth the price.

KB Transformation is a great program!

KB Transformation is a great program! I've spent years in the gym doing weight training and never getting the results I was wanting. I came across the KBT reel on my social media feed and decided to look into it. After my initial meeting, I decided to go all in and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Coach Mike has been great to work with from my on boarding to now that I'm two months in, I've had all the support from the KB team to ensure my start was successful. Now that I'm two months in, I'm feeling stronger, I'm more aware of what I'm eating and making better decisions and the weight is coming off. Another benefit has been in my golf game, with the added strength and flexibility I am hitting the golf ball further than I ever have. Overall a great program with a great team to ensure your success.

5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend Kettlebell Transformation and specifically my coach Quincy!The kettlebell workouts themselves are excellent—smartly programmed, challenging, and effective. I’m headed into week 4 and already feeling the results: building strength, have more energy, seeing visible changes in my physique, and I have a real sense of accomplishment after each workout. I look forward to my next workout with this program.I’ve been working with Coach Quincy through Kettlebell Transformation, and he has truly exceeded my expectations. From day one, he prioritized coaching me on proper kettlebell techniques—breaking down every movement with clear cues through video comparisons of my swings and the proper swings. He assisted me in making corrections early on to ensure my form was spot-on and injury-free. What stands out most is how Coach Quincy tailors everything specifically to my development and goals. He advises me on how to continue my progress, he adjusts the program based on how I’m responding, and focuses on what I need to improve, strength, mobility, and overall results. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s personalized coaching that feels built just for me.On top of that, he’s incredibly personable and motivating. Our check-ins are always positive and energetic—he genuinely cares about my success and knows exactly how to push me to dig deeper and stay consistent. His encouragement drives me to show up and give my best every time. Oh, and it's not just about the workouts. Kettlebell Transformation keeps me accountable to my intake of food. I have adjusted my food intake with the guidance of Coach Quincy. I now batch cook off the Kettlebell list of food. Calorie counting is a part of the program and has me dropping the pounds.Kettlebell Transformation and Coach Quincy are game changers in my personal fitness goals. I highly recommend this program to anyone that is looking for an effective program and personalized coaching. Through Kettlebell Transformation and Coach Quincy I am well on my way to reach my goals by late May for cruising around Greece and Italy with my fiancé. 💪

8 weeks of Kettlebell Transformation

I am currently in week 8 of KT. It has not only changed my work out habits but transformed my daily habits with what I eat how I eat and even how I feel about food. I started this process as a guy that was soft, not hugely overweight but very soft. I began at nearly 21% body fat and am down to 14.8% body fat, while adding a few pounds of muscle in the process. I have tried many programs and around this 8 to 9 week point, is when I get tired of not seeing my desired results. KT's ability to help you track daily and see the progress has helped keep me focused and driven. I will not be stopping any time soon and I can not wait to see what my results after 16 weeks look like.

A Week 5 Review

I am 5 weeks into a 16 week program, and already down 11 pounds of fat. The program is comprehensive, and the personal coach is an excellent resource. You still have to do the work, but KT gives you every resource you need to make the transformation you're seeking. From the expert coaching to the community of like-minded men to the personalized nutrition and exercise plan - this program works, and I can't wait to see what this 54 year old body will look like in a few more weeks!

I'm 8 weeks into the program and loving…

I'm 8 weeks into the program and loving the routine, support, and balance. This is the first time in 15 years I've stuck with anything for longer than a couple of weeks. I'm down nearly 15 lbs, feeling strong, and my clothes are fitting better than they have in a long time. Thanks to coach Hugo and the KB transformation team.

A program meant for the long term

I have been executing on the KT program for just about seven months now. The best thing about the program is that, unlike any program I have done before, it the nutrition and exercise programs feel very accessible. That doesn't mean they are easy but they don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. The best example of this on the nutrition side is that they make it ok to be very (and I mean very) simple when it comes to meal prep. Literally three ingredients is all one needs and that is ok so long as you hit the macros and calories. I've done similar programs before and become bogged down in the too-many instructions meals to be sustainable on the week-to-week basis. KT isn't that.On the physical side, the program builds well. It gives you a chance to grow at a constant pace such that the challenge is gradual and you have time to perfect the form. I had not done kettlebells previously and this has been a great form of exercise. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a low-key way to change your lifestyle. They make the changes needed incredibly accessible.

If you want results.....Kettlebell Transformation is the place!

These guys deliver exactly what they offer! The best part about this is the system they have put together which includes the app and the personal coach. The system is set up on accountability for both the athlete and the coach with tons of communication. They make it so easy to get your workouts completed in a fast and efficient way so that you can get back to your busy day with work, family and travel. This system allows for you to get what you want out of it for you personally. You cant fail using Kettlebell Transformation. Big shout out to my coach and now friend Scott Crystal!!!!

I liked the personalized coaching that allowed me to move at the proper pace. With a prior shoulder injury that has plagued my ability to lift, my coach assisted me in working through different movements, stretches and exercises to allow progression.

My time with Kettlebell Transformation…

My time with Kettlebell Transformation has been amazing. I started in a really bad place for my body. I am 58, about 80lbs overweight and movement was hard. My coach Mike took me where I was at and helped my get stronger while regaining movement and losing weight. I decided to continue the program for a year to develop life altering habits that I hope will produce a stronger and better me, with a side product of losing weight. I am down 17 pounds but better than that I feel better and have a better outlook for my body and moving.

Kettlebell Transformation Great Experience

Kettlebell transformation was a great program! Helped me lock in my diet goals and introduced me to the world of kettlebells so I could conveniently work out in my own garage. The coach I had Scott Crystal was a great asset to my transformation as well as he helped me maneuver and navigate through the challenges I faced. Was able to shed off between 20-25 pounds in 4 months.

KT is the best

KT has been the best fitness/wellness experience I’ve ever had! Their program is very accessible and very easy to integrate into my day-to-day. It builds beautifully through onboarding and beyond. And Coach Mike has been the best - from expertise, to encouragement, to accountability - he has given me the confidence I need to excel at it. They truly have removed all barriers to entry. Real self powered results that will change your life

So you’ve seen this ad about Kettlebell Transformation (KT) and you’re skeptical about it because it’s just another ad on your timeline, I was too. Well, I’m going to tell you, it’s not a gimmick and the results are real if you put the work in. In just 16 weeks I shed over 40 lbs. 18 weeks in and I’m below the weight goal I didn’t even think was a reality when I began. Now, I’m not saying it was easy and I’m not saying the results are going to come just by joining, you will need to work. At times, it challenged me in ways that I didn’t really want to face, but I did and I am all the better for it. As they have stated, this program is not cheap but is it worth it? 100% it is absolutely worth the cost, time, and effort. This program will change your life! Just trust the process, your coach, and give it your best effort and you will surprise yourself, I know I did. Cheers!

KT promotes accountability with achievable goals …

KT promotes accountability with their app experience. Daily weigh-ins, meal pictures and logins, 10,000 steps goal all keep me engaged with a daily goal in mind. The Skool app helps motivate you with community check-ins of progress and accolades from fellow KT crew. It has made achievement attainable and reasonable.

Worth every penny!!

This program has been GREAT! I was initially hesitant because of the cost but it has been worth every penny. The program is not hard to follow, provides great coaching, and fantastic support from the rest of the KT community. If you follow the program, be consistent, the results will follow. I have lost over 30 lbs in 14 weeks and am still going. I've gotten much stronger through the process, too. I'm so happy with the program and my progress that I signed up for another 12 months!
